This company is a total disgrace. They have taken money from me to insure my boat, when I read the conditions (thankfully I did) I called them to clarify it and I got a very rude, curt man on the phone with the manners of a pig. I would say stay away at all costs!!!!! I'm away back to my Haven Knox Johnston!!

I can see that as the agent stated, it does show in the policy documentation regarding the length of vessels we can cover. This can be found online prior to incepting a policy with us, and we provide our policyholders 14 days to read and review this to ensure it meets their needs, in compliance with FCA regulations, we offer a full refund should you cancel within the first 14 days. I can see that your refund is currently on the way back to you, and you should receive this within 3-5 working days.

Asked about policy before accepting cover, come back within a couple of days. All good continued with insurance cover easy to arrange good price cover was exactly what I required.

I cannot praise this company high enough. I was assisted by Alina, who went out of her way to ensure that I had the correct insurance for my motor boat. The whole process of choosing the correct insurance and guiding me through the different choices was done very smoothly and profesionally.

If you overlook your auto renewal and want to cancel contact them.
Having given Craftinsure a not so good review I was contacted by the company about my automatic reinsurance which was taken when I had overlooked cancelling.
Absolutely no problems policy cancelled and money repaid into my bank.
You can’t get better company service than that.

Slipped my mind and auto renewed. BE AWARE.
Trying at present to sell my boat. I really didn’t want to insure it as it is kept at home in a locked garage.
Checking my emails BING we’ve reinsured your boat.
I can’t be bothered to argue the toss with Craftinsure so I’ll take it on the chin. Be aware of this policy it can creep up on you unexpected.
