From great to incompetent
Having been with Craft Insure for all three of my sailing dinghies for over 10 years, it is time to cancel all my policies.
From a great caring company to one of Incompetence, no replies, and errors with renewal price has led to the final straw to cancel and policies and go somewhere else.

I've referred two friends to…
I've referred two friends to craftinsure under their £40 gift voucher reward scheme. The first I had to chase up after several months to get them to issue it. For the second I did the same only to be told it has expired.
If they are so hard to get a referral reward out of, I can't imagine how hard a claim would be.
ETA: I had already contacted the address provided in CraftInsure's reply.

Received a disappointing renewal price which…
Received a disappointing renewal price which was much higher than credible. Agent on phone sorted it and got the premium down below previous year. Agent was really helpful and professional but I shouldn't have had to waste time chasing up an inflated renewal price in the first place.

I always give insurers bottom score possible when they ask for a rating after they've taken my money. What customers really want to know is how you're rated once a claim is made.
