We have rented holiday lets with Crabtree about 14 times now. We keep on going back as the houses are good quality, well equipped and comfortable. Crabtree provide a good service and the booking process is easy. We like that they are responsive and helpful.

Easy to navigate website, showing really nice properties. Stable View was exactly as described. This is the second time staying at one of your properties and we would definitely use you again. I also spoke to a lady on the phone when I booked and she was super helpful

Very efficient and polite staff. We had an issue regarding the property we were originally going to stay at. We had to change accommodation about 2 months before we were due to go on holiday. The lovely staff offered to help us find an alternative property. I couldn't have asked for any more from them. Would definitely use again.

Booking was a breeze and the details of the property were accurate. Very straight forward website and the layout was easy to follow.

I'd not heard of Crabtree & Crabtree but they proved to be a well-organised and reliable booking agent.

They quickly sorted out some minor problems which we discovered when we arrived.

They communicated well through the booking process and highlighted the fact that there may have been an issue with the patio door but quickly resolved it.

Crabtree and Crabtree have provided a fab holidaying experience. I'd left a message saying "I'm lacto-and-wheat-intolerant so thank you but no thank you" for the hospitality basket - I was there last year so I knew what to expect - and I was touched and delighted that several yummy punnets of delicious local fruits were left out instead. That was a lovely treat - thank you!

From the initial booking to finally leaving the property we have been very impressed with the excellent service and communication we have received. I actually called into the office in Kelso while visiting to speak to one of the staff members to ask them to pass on our thanks for such a good service!

There are many companies claiming to look after each customer as if it as their own family but I can honestly say that we are blown away by the professionalism, care and detailed approach. They never let us down, once again a very well presented outstanding barn conversion at west moneylaws, the old byre is of the highest standard, very well equipped and highly maintained.
