Excellent service , constant contact and very efficient

We have booked with Crabtree and Crabtree staying in the cottages on the Milne Graden estate in Coldstream for a number of years and always get a fabulous service. They are very responsive to any queries and the booking process is always seamless. The properties are wonderfully presented and the photos are always a true picture of what we will find on arrival. We always have a fabulous holiday.

You can always rely on Crabtree & Crabtree to provide the best cottages, all of a superb standard and great descriptions and photos to help you choose the right cottage.

Apart from two loose floorboards in the bathroom which one protruded sufficiently to stub a toe, the property was clean and presentable.
The bath towels were on the small side.

I have used this company more than once and have found booking very easy and straightforward. The information about the properties is accurate and gives you all the information you require. Direction as to how to find your chosen property is also very clear as is details for finding the key! I would highly recommend Crabtree and Crabtree.

Just wish Crabtree & Crabtree did properties down south too as you know the standard of accommodation is always great!

We've had a lovely week in the Head Gardener's House at Floors Castle. The day we arrived it was my Mother in Law's 80th Birthday (and Alan our eldest sausage dog's 11th birthday). Our whole experience of staying in the grounds of a castle has been truly amazing, made extra special by having a first class holiday rental provided by Crabtree & Crabtree. Everything was spotlessly clean and the little touches of cakes, jam and marmalade produced by the castle kitchens on arrival made us feel special. The dogs also enjoyed their biscuits!

Easy to book and good regular communication in response to any queries we had.

We have spent many holidays in the UK since Covid and mainly in holiday lets. Crabtree & Crabtree have provided the best service we have received in comparison with four other letting agents. We had no problems with our stay but during our time I was in contact with Lynn, Erin, Jill and Catriona, mainly about future stay options and on every occasion the response was almost immediate and positive

Excellent house in our case for family get together of 3 generations. Beautifully decorated and equipped in a location perfect for walking , sightseeing.

Without the assistance of a lady at C&C we would not have found The Smithy unfortunately cottage we had looked at was unavailable & she sent us some suggestions based on our preferences.

Crabtree & Crabtree continue to be our first port of call for cottages in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. All of the many cottages we have stayed in via C & C have been first class. Booking is always straightforward and detail and communication from C & C excellent.

this was a late booking but crabtree & crabtree were very helpful

All was seamless. The only thing about the cottage was that coffee was provided, but no cafetiere - I assume there was one previously, given the coffee there. Also, a tray would have been useful. But these are very minor points, the place was excellent.

Everything was straight forward and clear instructions regarding keys etc.We needed to contact Crabtree and Crabtree after we left as we had left an item of property and they we very helpful
