Unfortunately, most courier companies apply a minimum charge starting from 1 kg, even if the parcel weighs only 150 grams. On top of that, shipping prices have been increasing over the years, and we do our best to keep the costs as low as possible for our customers.

Changing the settings.
My very first question to you folks was "Do I have access to the settings of the machine? Or do I need a doctor to change the settings?" You said I would have access to "all" the settings for the machine! This turned out not to be true. The manual clearly states that the patient cannot change the settings, that a doctor has to change the settings. I would like to change the settings for the air flow, the humidity, and start and stop of the air flow. The machine will not stop the air flow automatically when I take the mask off my face, and I do not have the ability to change that setting. I'm very disapointed that you people lied to me.

User (patient) settings, which allow you to adjust comfort options such as humidity, ramp time, and mask fit.
Clinical (provider) settings, which are protected by the manufacturer to ensure therapy accuracy and safety.
Access to clinical settings is restricted by Resmed for all customers, as required by medical device regulations. However, this doesn’t mean we’ve provided incorrect information — the device does allow access to all user-adjustable settings, while medical settings are locked by default for safety reasons.
Before placing your order, you mentioned that you needed access to copy the settings from your previous machine, and we assisted you with that request. Our support team remains available if you need any further help with this process.
