Very good customer service
The F&P Evora mask was shipped out very fast. I needed info from the manufacturer for the custom clearance procedure in my country. Customer service was very helpful with this matter! Was satisfied with their service and will buy there again!

14 days waiting for urgent order of spare parts and still waiting for delivery
I ordered replacement parts for two broken pieces of my CPAP automatic respirator on November 25, order number 438130
I chose and payed for express delivery. Today is December 9. No matter my urgings and equerries I haven’t received my package yet. I am suffering from severe form of sleeping apnoe. My machine is not functioning properly without these parts. I find it unkind and unprofessional that the delivery takes so long and nobody cares. I also find it offensive to be sent “please review our performance “ questionary asking for stars. For what for, I ask??!!
