very nice expirience , guys were very helpful, they showed me everything and after i got it i again tried everything so i made sure i know how to use everything, they also set machine based on my medicine paper (Pmax and Pmin) i brought with myself. Also they made sure to calculate size for chosing the mask and i tried different ine and the one they suggested fits best for me

Great company to buy from. I had some issues with entering the wrong shipping address due to some form autofills, and they quickly helped me fix them and immediately refunded the shipping charge difference! Maybe you could check with customers…
Maybe you could check with customers Before they are purchasing online that they have the correct device connectivity. I would have liked to know more about the device and what data transfers to your phone as it does not sync all sleep information like my previous Prismasmart. Retrospectively I probably should have purchased the airsense11 for better connectivity and immediately sync.

False advertising about Price Match Guarantee
They advertise a price match guarantee on their website with no conditions listed at all. When I found the exact same product cheaper at a reputable competitor, I asked them to match it as promised.
They refused with no explanation, despite having no conditions or exclusions published anywhere.
I pointed out this is misleading and asked them to honor what they advertise. They refused.
This seems like clear false advertising to me. If you’re shopping there expecting them to stand by their price match guarantee, be careful - in my case, they simply refused to honor it.
