Disappointed
Placed an order over 5 weeks ago. I heard nothing back despite emailing and calling multiple times seeking as update.
After emailing asking for an update on the order this morning I was refunded - not what I was after and some explanation would have been appreciated.
Disappointing customer service, I wouldn’t buy from here again.

Company not responding
Sadly I've not received any reply from the company, tired calling, emailing last week and this week regarding the trousers I ordered. I feel this may be the only way to receive a reply. I received my order unfortunately not the size I ordered. I have now returned and they have been received and signed for. Therefore someone is there, I would very much appreciate a reply and refund.
Unfortunately after reading the company's reply I will not extract my review which I was going to after receiving an email confirming you had my return parcel and will refund. At no point did I ask for a immediate refund. You have missed the point of my review (it's about communication and how its delivered) and interesting I only got an email after I did a review. You are not answering calls, emails, the company voicemail and email returns says OUT OF THE OFFICE TODAY, this is a wrong claim. May be instead of someone monitoring reviews spend the time changing your out of office. If you had a correct message then I wouldn't needed to resort to a review. The reason I was calling etc was to see if you had the correct size to exchange, when no response, it makes you think is there anyone actually working at the company, do I return the parcel will it be received. Now I hope you see the point of this review and learn from it.

The customer has been advised by email and as such this is a false claim. The return arrived on 21st and the customer expected an immediate refund. Our returns policy is VERY clear on our website .
"RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Naturally, we hope that you are delighted with your purchase; however, we appreciate that some items may need exchanging for a different size or colour. Some may just not be to your taste and in rare cases products may arrive damaged or be faulty.
Our return warehouse address is Naunton Farm, Birch Green, Severn Stoke, Worcestershire WR8 9DL
We offer a 21-day return (from date of delivery) and exchange facility. If you plan to return an order it is often worth calling us to discuss if we can help with an alternate size or style--we often can.
There is a picking note within your delivery. Please use this if you wish to return anything-just write your instruction and include in your package. It will help us to speed up any refunds or replacements. We do not pay return postage as this helps us keep our sales prices as low as possible.
Any goods damaged or unsuitable for refund (This will include damage to shoe/boot boxes that aren't outer wrapped) will be advised and discussed with you.
Exchanges are possible if goods are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with inner packaging intact and clearly no damage to the product or packaging. This includes having the original tags still attached. Sorry, but we cannot refund or exchange in ear protectors for hygiene reasons or other products which may have been in direct contact with the body such as socks or swimwear for example. In order that we can issue a full refund, goods should be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in the original packaging.
You may wish to send goods by Recorded or Tracked Delivery as we are not liable for returned items lost in transit. Costs incurred when returning goods are not refundable unless goods were damaged or faulty. We strongly advise not to use EVRI as they seem incapable of finding us!
We can only refund to the card or payment method used for the purchase. We aim to issue all refunds within 14 Working Days; however, some banks can take an additional 2 to 3 days to process to your account.
To allow for Christmas gifts, all orders placed between 1st Nov and 24th Dec can be returned or exchanged up to 31st January."
We object to this mail and are asking for a retraction on the basis of it being wholly incorrect and defamatory.

only two of the four items arrived with…
only two of the four items arrived with no eta for the other two items. Delivery was much later than expected and followed two emails to find out the delay.
I am still awaiting an eta for the final items.

I wouldn't order via this company…
I wouldn't order via this company again. Ordered, paid (£183) and received an email of order. So far so good. After not receiving the item, I contacted them via email for an update after 10 days. No response. Second email sent. No response. Eventually had to open case via PayPal. Still no response. I did get my money back via PayPal but what a waste of time. In my experience - avoid!

To be honest, we wouldn't want you to return. We shared very private information concerning health and family issues which sadly affected your order. You had zero empathy or understanding. We hope people who come in to contact with you in your business life have far more understanding. Anyway, as we established in our mails your only reason for this review was to cause harm.
