Amazingly helpful and friendly staff 10/10 customer service

Great service. Ordered a rifle and then some separate add ons later. Rifle arrived a little quicker than expected as we needed it two colour so expected more of a preparation delay. Tried to add to an online order by phoning up the following morning but was advised that it had been fulfilled and packed already (we’d gone for priority delivery) so they could not add to it. However we were given a postage voucher to use for the extra item which was appreciated and was used straight away. Thanks!

Always helpful with advice and a great team

Really knowledgeable and helpful when coming to a new starter like myself. I knew some basic things about airsoft from videos and friends but these guys really let me pick their brains and they gave me crucial and informative advice to help me get into the hobby. With it also being a retail store too, i feel more comfortable walking in and browsing what they have, chatting to staff, seeing what they have in person and will definitely purchasing from them again directly in store in the future. They also run a range located within the shop which runs competitions weekly and lets you hire guns or bring your own if that's what you fancy.

Great vibes and atmosphere, professional, polite and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend checking it out!

If you have never been to their HQ, get down and take a look at their High Tech Indoor Range..try while you buy.. or book a full session on a Tuesday night for loads of fun..best regards Col W.

Ordered gear twice off him both times took longer was told then second order was done on the 4th of November everything came on the 6th January everything came wrong was told he will order everything again and should only take 3/4 weeks it is now the 4th march and will not answer the phone or text me back

Very good staff and alot of fun at the indoor shooting range

Ok excellent price, ordering and customer service when I had to phone them, let down in 2 minor areas which cost them .5 stars.
1) I had to have my purchase two toned and the painting was a bit sloppy ( still don't know how I'm gonna get the paint off the hop up unit).
2) courier service, for two days after the parcel was picked up the online tracking said out for delivery before finally being delivered on the 3rd day.
Otherwise a great company to deal with

Amazing airsoft shop. Only recently got into it, and so far the staff have been extremely helpful, explaining everything I needed to know in an easy-to-understand way. Will definitely be going back as I'm now addicted 😄 5 days and I've spent over £1000, and I'm sure I'm going to spend a few grand more over the coming weeks.

Superb and well presented shop that has a fantastic selection with everything you need for airsoft.
The indoor firing range is next level with various game modes.
The staff are second to none, all highly knowledgeable and will readily go out of their way to to give you a more informed choice. These guys are a credit to the shop and make it a friendly experience every time I visit.

I bought a gun as a Christmas present for my brother, it cost £140, was missing parts, poorly built and faulty.

Great airsoft shop, all very knowledgeable

Took my money and never sent the item, tried to raise a complaint, got ignored, commented publicly on their FB page to get attention and they blocked me, don't shop here, bunch of scammers

The whole team at bomb up are fantastic, I’ll definitely be ordering from this store again! Great advice and no question you ask is a bad one either.
