Do not deal with this company
Didn’t complete the order, missing more than half of the items but took full payment. When I tried to contact the company I got an email saying they had gone into receivership even though I had just received an email before that saying the remaining items would be delivered shortly. I cannot get a refund or any communication from the company. Would not trust this company

I wish I could give less than one star! Why would you accept someone's order if you knew you weren't going to be able to fulfil? The website is still up so they might still be accepting orders as far as I can see.

Ordered a pair of boots
Ordered a pair of boots, which it turned out you didn't have! They were also out of stock at the manufacturers so i had to wait nearly 4 weeks. I had to chase my order all the time to find out what was happening. Poor service, will not recommend you to anybody else or shop with you again.

Upon checking, a member of our team had kept your email ticket open to keep you updated, after notifying you of an unfortunate 2-3 week delay of the particular style of boots 7th November.
You had noted you were interested awaiting stock and contacted us for an update just before the 2 week period. A member of our team responded to this email and sent a further update 22nd November.
We always aim to keep customers as up-to-date as possible and would usually be in touch if it goes beyond the advised timeframe - we also continue to check on deliveries in the background.
