Always been had an amazing experience with CosyOwl from their fragrances to their customer service!
Amazing fragrance choices! all smells incredible! I thought I wouldn't like Champagne & Roses but turns out to be one of my favourites now
Customer service is fast and very informative. I have reached them both on Instagram and Email.
When I received the wrong size bottle they quickly resolved the problem and received it within 3days

Love it
I tend to not bother with craft kits as I’m awful at following instructions and I usually flap and panic and end up making a mess hahaha. However this kit has arrived with the easiest instructions and the box it’s self is packed so neatly it’s more or less impossible to go wrong I’m so happy with my purchase thank you!
