CosplayShopper Anmeldelser

The cosplayshopper team is not only extremily supportive but very proactive. The serive and comminication alone I would give them 4 stars. The product itself looks amazing. I wish the outfit had pockets personally but such a minor detail I won't hold against them as the final product just blew me away. I would not only shop there again, but highly recommend them.

My money was WORTH it for commissioning this company.
I ordered a custom cosplay of my RWBY fan character. The price was kinda high, but it was worth it.
I specified the materials of the costume (ex. boots are leather material, if not, then similar to it, and the dress is made out of cotton material), and made sure to give measurements. I commissioned them around early September and they were able to get it done by the end of that month. The costume came in within a week, which was quicker than I expected.
The cosplay was a little bit difficult to put on as it was to take it off (excluding the boots), but all in all, it was very comfortable.
Thank you, CosplayShopper! I will definitely commission you again when I get the chance. :3

I bought an assassins creed outfit from cosplayshopper and the quality and time it took to get to me where both outstanding I love the outfit and it took less than 2 weeks to produce and ship. I also love the fact that when I send an email for info I get a response immediately instead of hours or days later. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I am not experienced with cosplay, but my children love it. They wanted to attend an anime con and wanted to cosplay. They have other cosplay outifts, but wanted to get a new one. My daughter found this site and I was skeptical at first. I typically have reservations when dealing with online companies. So I ordered my children's cosplay. They were not sure what to order so I made several orders and expedited them all for a fee. I also wanted to know if they would arrive on time as we only had two weeks until the event. My kids were late in getting me their items to order. Now it is just under two weeks and I ordered. I emailed Cosplayshopper to find out if our items would arrive in time. They emailed me back promptly, even before I was logging off my computer. It was like chatting with them, that is how responsive they were to my emails. Oh and by the way, they noticed I had several different orders, but almost at the same time. They refunded all of my other expedite fees for shipping as they were able to ship them all in one order. I did not even think about that, they (Sarah) brought it up on their own. A big THANK YOU to Cosplayshopper. As it turned out, the items arrived just in time for us to leave for the event. Cosplayshopper kept me in the loop the whole time and we emailed back and forth several times throughout the process. My children are VERY satisfied with their cosplay outfits. We will definitely be doing business again with Sarah and Cosplayshopper. Thank you so much!!!!! Michael

Cosplayshopper is amazing! They offer high quality products and went above and beyond with customer service. I needed my order rushed to make it in time for my girlfriends bday, and they got it here a week before they promised. Thank you Cosplayshopper!

Well ...
I had a good experience with my brother's cosplay (Connor from Assassin's Creed 3), in the past, so i decided to buy one from this site for me (more precisely, the cosplay of Hoshizora Rin Idolized Maid), and what can i say ... It's perfect, in every detail (i love it *^* ) and also, delivery times are very good, you could say the absolute punctuality ... Not to mention that if they are contacted via email for info or another, the response is immediate!
I can say I am very satisfied, and I'll surely purchase again from Cosplay Shopper!
Thank You for your hard work!!

This is the a great company with the best customer service that I've ever experienced. One piece of the cosplay costume was missing and they sent it 3 day delivery from China to Canada at no extra cost so that my daughter would have it in time for RTX2015. Thank you so much. The convention was a huge success.

I've been a customer of cosplayshopper.com for a while now. Everything I've ordered from there so far have been of great quality and have arrived quickly. I just recently ordered costumes for an upcoming cosplay event, ordered 3 weeks ago and arrived today. Cosplayshopper is now my go-to website for cosplay costumes.

It was my first time every buying a cosplay or going to convention, so I was already relatively nervous about the whole experience, because there are so many websites and half of them are shady as the dickens. Cosplayshopper communicates extremely well, are very pleasant, and ship extremely fast. When worrying about getting my cosplay on time, I was assured that it would arrive before the convention, and it did. It fit perfectly and I was astounded at the quality. I HIGHLY recommend Cosplayshopper for anyone buying a cosplay, especially first-timers.

Deciding on ordering my first cosplay costume meant overcoming my inner urgency to just fit in and do everything the way one ought to. If you feel the same and repeatedly said: "Well, it is only the ordering process that is so uncertain and troublesome that doesn´t make me do it!", then I have a solution. Just visit this site and you will be a 100%-pleased. The homepage is very nice to look at and products are easy to find. Just put them into your shopping cart, wait for the confirmation and relax. When your order is packed and shipped you will receive a tracking-code which makes sure that you always know, where your delivery is. Once it entered your country of destination and arrived at your home you will also have the possibility to appreciate the great cosplay work regardless whether it is the colour or the fabric you focus on. So with this site it is only up to you to overcome your weaker self and stand out. Everything else is just sitting back and relaxing.
10 out of 10 from my side!

P.S.: The German authorities are the only thing to complain about as the clearing process lasted longer than shipping the package from China to Cologne ^^.

Being a first time cosplayer is very scary. To think about since I had to think about which anime person I'm going to cosplay as. do my own research on who to buy and read a lot of reviews till I find someone and hope it comes out perfectly. So I came across cosplayshopper, I was a little scared ordering for my Fuko Ibuki from Clannad cosplay. But you can't beat the price that they had it. So I ordered the size small on it.
The buying progress was easy and smooth. Shipping took maybe at least 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. Once I got my package it's very good quality, the colors on the fabric are very pretty. Now it didn't fit... So I email them and in just in minutes they replied.
Communication with this company is amazing! They work with you and reply within a good amount of time. I was very pleased with their customer service. Have to exchange the size was very easy and wasn't a hassle to do. So shipped the package back and then got my new size within a week.
The size I got was large and it fits perfect!
This company is amazing and made my experience for my first cosplay order so easy and stress free.
I recommend this site 100%
Thank you so much !

I would highly recommend this company although I admit I had some reservations at first just because I was not familiar with this company. However my experience was completely positive the entire process start to finish. I placed 2 costume orders: one being a special request custom made order. The communication about the custom order was excellent- the team was exceptional at response time and making sure I was going to get what I wanted. Both orders were filled and shipped promptly once the customer order was ready (and they worked quickly on the custom order- I was impressed) Highly recommend this company!

Our son has been wanting the Ezio Assasin's Creed costume for over a year now. It seemed expensive so I held off thinking he would change his mind. His birthday is very close to Halloween so we decided to get it for him for a gift. The whole time I was thinking it would probably not be very nice and not get to us on time. The costume arrived on time and the workmanship is very nice. This costume was truly made for him. He looks great in it! We are very pleased with this company! Outstanding!

I was pretty late ordering from Cosplayshopper for the 2 costumes my friend and I wanted for a con we were going to soon, but I didn't find any good websites until I found this. On July 1st, I ordered, a bit worried since I accidentally ordered normal shipping not expedited and I needed it by the 22nd. I emailed them and they told me it would be delivered by then if possible. And to my surprise as I apprehensively tracked the shipment, it arrived on the 22nd at 12pm right before I needed to go to my convention. I opened the package and it fit perfectly! The only reason I give it a 4 is because they didn't inform me of the customs price which was $15. I didn't mind really but I wish they told me.

I purchased a dress from them over a month ago which I needed for prom. We emailed them with our order number and asked for the quickest possible shipping and we paid extra for it to come by April 25th. It's May 10th, and I learned they just shipped it out on May 6th. I need it for the 15th! My dad filed a claim through paypal in order to try and receive the dress overnight since its over a month overdue.
Customer service reps were kind and understanding, and helpful. But I'm upset that they didn't ship the dress until the week before I need it. Poor organization and planning on their part.... It's a shame, I had heard pretty good things about them too..... :/

I think cosplay shopper was great they made such a great costume and it fits. i also got the costume in time because was urgent because of comic con and it came on time a little before the date i asked it for. i like cosplayshopper i plan to use them again next comic con and costume parties its great and the costume is just great.. also they are so customer friendly and helped me alot when i requested it to be delivered before comic con

the people from this website are so kind and friendly. shipping takes about a month if not less but its worth what you get in return. very well made cosplay. im a future buyer =)

A little story first on 4-5-14 there's a cosplay convention in our area, our son LOVES anime and we wanted to take him in costume, this is his very first cosplay convention. Every site I went to said it would take several weeks to deliver. Well on 3-23-14 I contacted Costumer Service and they almost immediately responded. I told them the situation and Maria who I was in contact with said that there was no guarantee but she would talk to the design team and get back to me. Early Monday morning 3-24-14 I had an email from Maria saying to put my order in ASAP so I did and sent her my order number. On 3-26-14 we got a tracking number it had been shipped, I've been keeping track and the delivery date was 4-2-14 well I just checked and it's in my town now and will be delivered today. I can't stress the gratitude of the dedication this company has to please customers. I don't know how often they have cosplay conventions here but if I ever need anything for my son I will shop with Cosplay Shopper. Thank you again I'm sure my sons costume is awesome along with the accessories can't wait to see them! I will write a review once I get the order. THANK YOU SO MUCH COSPLAY FOR HAVING MY SON'S COSTUME MADE AND DELIVERED BEFORE THE CONVENTION WHICH IS IN FOUR DAYS!! COSPLAY TOOK MY ORDER ON MARCH 24TH RECEIVED COSTUME AND ACCESSORIES IN GREAT CONDITION ONE DAY BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE WHICH WAS 4-2-2014.I HAD GREAT COMMUNICATIONS WITH COSTUMER SERVICE. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I RECOMMEND AND APPROVE OF THIS SITE!!!! WE ARE VERY PLEASED!!
