I emailed them several times and processed my order late September, but still haven't received my item. Horrible service!!! >:(

We had a question about size and discount. A representative answered our questions in less than 24 hours. We have not received the product yet, but so far, are very happy with the customer service. Also like that it is a company within the United States we are ordering from.

This is our first experience with cosplay. This website gave us the perfect layout and good confidence. Very clear description and helpful. Loads of interesting costumes, will definitely order more !

The product was very good. Very full curly wig.
(It was my fault I chose the wrong colour for my character but now using it for another one so no worries)
The post to NZ took just over a month to get to me from China.

I had no issues with this company, I just wish the sizes were listed in inches/cm for each specified size.

After lots of shopping around I chose Cosplay Shopper because it seemed the most legit in terms of product being sold, quality of it, customer service and the overall look of the website. I love that there is a tailor made option, which is what i chose. I also find the currency conversion tool really handy and checkout was very smooth! I will definitely be buying more costumes from here.

Being new to Cosplay, I had so many different ideas but didn't know where to start. With help from this site I was able to pick my first costume. Quick to email back when I was worried or so. Thanks guys!

The website has an extensive range of anime/game/tv/film costumes to choose from, but the search function along with the image links of the genre you are looking at makes it a comparatively easy site to navigate.

Their prices are competitive with other similar sites, and they seem to have good reviews generally from other customers.

This is my first purchase from them, and the costumes look great.
The shipping was actually done on a deal of "Worldwide flat rate expedited shipping - Ship anywhere for just $19.50" so was not going to break the bank on getting the costumes to the UK...

Great price! Found just what I needed!

I had sent them a request a week ago, and it took me emailing customer service and resending the request for them to even take a look at it. Then I was informed after sending them fourteen images that they couldn't see the costume properly and that it was too complicated to make, when, within 24 hours of making another request to another site, they confirmed they could make it, the fabric they would make it with, and have it done within my budget. Customer service was unhelpful and almost seemed automated in their responses. Go elsewhere, it's not worth the strain.

EDIT: now they are interested in emailing me because I posted a poor review! They claimed they didn't have any materials I liked when they never offered any materials in the first place. I do not know anything about making costumes or materials, thats why I came to them, and I told them that in my first commission email. Very disappointed, and now very creeped out by the fact they think it's okay to email me about this review.

I've ordered costumes tailor made and I payed a shipping fee for it to arrive in 15-20 days but it's been more than 20 days. I have not received my costumes and I need it in 1 week. Disappointed.

I was looking for a Corrin cosplay on so many sites and did get wary when the same image kept on appearing from different sellers. I wanted to make sure I got what was showed in the picture. The communication was marvellous as they always gave quick responses to my questions about the materials. I got it custom made and it fitted perfectly and is beautifully made, I couldn't be happier with how this cosplay turned out and it was exactly like the picture shown. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of a cosplay. Although it can be seen as expensive, this cosplay was worth every penny.

The costume came at least a month earlier than I expected! The quality was great and the sizing chart accurate. I would order from them again!

Prompt response, very nice and friendly and willing to answer questions. Plus I got my costume super fast after they sent it and it's fantastic! Can't wait to buy from them again!

I had read the reviews on this site and had hoped for a pleasant and easy-going experience. The customer service, while excellent and fast (I had been messaged within four hours of sending a worried email late in the evening), does not make up for the slow-going shipping. It's been over a week and a half almost since I placed my order (tailor-made), and it said in the FAQ that it took 3-5 days to make and ship. I'm still very disappointed to know that my order hasn't been shipped yet (is actually still processing, despite the payment going in), and I'm very anxious, as I ordered on the 17/3 and it is now the 25/3. I need the costume before the 20/4, and while I forked out an extra $24 for expedited shipping, I have a gut-feeling that I won't be receiving it in time.

Processed an order I didn't complete due to insane shipping fees. I had to open a dispute with my credit card because CS refused to settle it with me.

I received the package today & my son is ecstatic! Thanks soo much for the fast delivery & the accurate item! I'll definitely be ordering from you again in the future!
