I purchased a mask for the beast from beauty and the beast. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo whatsoever. The hair is accidentally glued to the face all over the place and the mask is actually green! Absolutely horrible!

Don't worry about the costumes size, you can trimfit any costume to your own size. That way your costume will fit nice and snug.

Product was great quality and fit wonderfully! I would highly recommend these guys for your cosplay needs :)

it's good and i got the items very fast

To start with, I ordered a costume that plainly stated could be custom fit for an additional charge, and that I know for a fact others have ordered custom because I've watched YouTube reviews. I did all the measurements, paid the extra, only to be told that wasn't an option. Of course, they had already billed me, so then I had to wait a couple of days to get my refund. Perhaps they should remove that option from the item if not possible, or maybe they dont really cater to anyone in the category of plus sized.

Secondly, with in a couple of days of ordering from this company, my credit card number was stolen and used in Taiwan. Other than this transaction, I hadn't used my card anywhere unusual. Can't prove it was stolen because I shopped here, but seemed quite coincidental. Don't think I'll be risking it again.

Overall, very unsatisfactory experience.

I buy my wigs exclusively from here. I love their wide selection. I have never received a bad costume or wig. I recommend this to all my friends and people looking for cosplay items on a budget.

I ordered a costume from time cosplay when I finally got it the costume was too short and small very horribly made and really cheap material I wanted to return it but they would not refund my money back and you have to pay for shipping it back to Shanghai I would recommend Spirit Halloween for costumes before I recommend these guys

I recently bought a costume from them, I even paid to have it tailor made. Upon receiving the costume, it was way too small obviously NOT tailor made. I emailed them- and they requested some photos. So I sent them my photos with the measuring tape next to the costume pieces to prove that they were not made to the measurements I ordered. After this, they asked me to send photos of myself wearing the suit, so I did, unable to get many of the pieces on. Then their “design team” insisted that they made no mistake, and they wanted to charge me $150 for a replacement costume! Absolutely horrendous. Stay far away from these scammers.

BEWARE!! They offered a sale price, and stated they custom made the size of your size was not on the list. I gave all the measurements and received a dress that was 2 times too large. I could deal with that but it was also horribly made. The shoulders on down were crooked when put on. The waist was not even and was super high. When I sent an email they asked for pictures when I asked about return policy. Never received a response back. $85 dollars down the drain. PS it comes from China.

I ordered and paid extra for a tailor made costume, once it arrived in the mail it was so obviously not tailor made. I sent in picture evidence and Cosplay Shopper blamed me for their mistake, and would not respond to my emails. And now I am stuck with a cosplay that does not come anywhere close to fitting me, and I'm not getting any of my money back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Order from a more reliable source!!!

they sent me the wrong version of the costume, and even though I asked for it to be tailor made, it doesn't fit me. the size is a nonsequitor as the costume itself is incorrect and not what was described in the picture. I have been in contact back and forth with them for weeks about this and for a refund and they keep running me around in circles. I called the new york office and left 2 messages, both unanswered. unprofessional and unacceptable conduct. will never buy from them ever again. stay away!

I like the female size range for the costumes goes up to 3XL instead of stopping at XL.

There is no way of knowing origin of country, payed twice as much for the item, than listed.

After paying handling fee for international, I am required to pay handling to pay shipping company as well for handling.

Placed order, paid via Paypal... Have tried so many different ways of contacting them because my order still says Pending. My son wanted this costume for Halloween and now will be seriously disappointed. If I knew it was at least on the way, it would be different, but there has been no answer to numerous contact attempts. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be filing claim with Paypal to try to get my money returned. SCAMMERS!!!

Horrible experience. Ordered a custom made costume from them and it was not made to the measurements they requested. They have admitted fault and now will not refund/return the costume as it stated on their website. They have stolen $200 from me!
