Unless you’re absolutely sure you want something on there and somehow know it’s decent looking in real life, then go ahead and order. However, it is a pain in the butt to try and return something. After like 20 emails back and forth we settled on 40% partial refund and I kept the two SOA vests I ordered. I wanted to send them back bc I changed my mind, they looked pretty decent actually. However their orders come from China so that’s why it’s so difficult to send back. They claimed it would cost half of my order to just send back. At first they offered 20% refund, then 30% but I told her I wouldn’t settle for anything less than 40%.

DO NOT order from this company (MINICOSPLAY) I placed a order for a joker jacket and paid express shipping for it to get here they fell to deliver their site also says they are from USA but they are China it's under about us on their website and item comes from China when it wasn't here by time I ask for a refund and to cancel my order they refused sending me a email that says it's on its way tracking said it was still processing they could of and should of canceled I ordered on like October 3rd and I'm still trying to get a refund they refuse now they send me emails saying they are confused and do not understand why I want a refund when all they are trying to do is keep putting me off so they can keep my money Its just another scam this company is full of scams I strongly suggest not ordering anything from this company I will never order from them again and I am telling everyone I know not to they just want to scam you they are guick to take your money and refuse to refund you even though I'm well with in my rights by law and well with in my rights by they return rules on their site it's ridiculous and I strongly suggest no one order from this company ever save your self the time and hassle if I didn't have to leave a star to write a review they wouldn't even had that one star cause they sure don't deserve that

Appears to be the same company as CosplayBiz. Does not process returns of costumes that are poor quality and poorly sized despite immediate notice of problem and photos. Very slow shipping from China. No one answers phone at the posted number on website. I am out $100 with no way to return unused costumes. Appears to be a scam.

They advertised a price for a costume and then emailed me 2 days later to ask me for more $$. After I asked for a refund they took 4 days to answer and ask me several times to keep the order. I am reporting them to the BBB for false advertising.

What a scam....
I've ordered school backpack from this company company in July 2019. Till current date (October 2, 2019) I did not receive it.
Was provided with a tracking number, but not Canada Post neither China post didn't find the item with this tracking number...

I ordered a Game of Thrones costume - knight king - from this company and paid $346.99 including shipping. When I received my package I was so disappointed by the poor quality of the item. The pictures of their products are misleading, and the cost to return the product to China from the USA is more expensive than the product itself. I ended up throwing everything in the dumpster and considered it a scam. You’ve been warned.

Unfortunately for me, I got the wrong size and had a terrible time trying to get an exchange. I don’t know if there was a language barrier** or they simply didn’t believe me, but I had to get PayPal involved for a dispute resolution refund.

All I wanted was an exchange for a size that matched their sizing chart. My costume was 5-inches too small in every measurement. Cosplay Shopper made me prove that twice over a month with photos and a measuring tape. They still didn’t give an exchange. The best offer was letting me keep it for 50% off. I can’t use something that doesn’t fit.

** Despite their New York mailing address, I suspect this website is automated with drop shopping from Taiwan. That’s great if they get the order right but God Forbid you need to deal with their customer service. Replies only came between 11pm and 3am EST and they never really seemed to understand or answer my questions.

I ordered a pullover hoodie from cosplay shopper on April 4th and paid an extra $26 for expedited shipping so I could get it as soon as possible. Here we are on April 14th..and my item is still not here..I got a message on April 11th saying a shipping label was created via fedex and I will be notified when the item begins to travel.I never got any notifications so I checked and it has not moved in THREE DAYS..I'm very unhappy and hopefully my order will at least be correct when I receive it. But even if it is correct, I surely will never be ordering from Cosplay ever again
