No stars!! Do not order from this site!!! They won’t send you anything. Or respond with tracking numbers or anything. Bad company!!!!!

I got what I ordered. I got concerned about my order after I read must review about being scammed. On my own experience after 4 days I got the order number and after 10 days my order. My daughter is happy with her tenten costume.

To everyone that is gotten scammed by these people I am in the process of getting signatures to Sue the ever living ship it out of these people and company I am tired of good people getting taken advantage of by By crooked pieces a ship My name is Brandon Fisher you can find me on Facebook hit me up on messenger with your signature or something and let's get these people and get rid of their business

I ordered wolverine claws in June and I only got one and it's broken I had to wait two months for this and then they give me one. They are definitely the worst company in the world they are nothing but scammers don't waste your time and money on these useless pigs!!

The worst website ever 59 days and still have not recived my purchase for my daughters mermaid tail the company is not worth ordering from they have the worst communication and do not get back to you mo phone number nothing never order from then

If I could score this shower of cowboys zero I would. Paid £90 for costume start of May, got the confirmation email and yet 70 days later I am still waiting. Have emailed them several time asking for refund to be told, can't cancel order as it has been despatched despite it never being received??? The tracking couriers they supplied both said wrong tracking info.

Not worth the time. I ordered a costume and got the confirmation email saying my order got through. Then 1 week later I send a mail asking for more information and if I can cancel the order, no answer. Go forth a couple of days and I send another mail. They respond but give me no useful information or answer my question. I then send a mail where I again ask to cancel, they then respond by saying they already shipped my order. They shipped my order even after I had repeatedly stated that I wanted to cancel it!

And just to clarify, this back and forth with them was over a 30 day period from when I ordered, to them finally shipping it.

If i could give this business a ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR MY SON'S COSTUME AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I paid for a costume and paid for them to tailor it ( i guess that option is there is for show) and 8 weeks later i STILL had not heard ANYTHING. When i email them to ask, 3 days later they tell me that i cant have what i paid for. What?! WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO LET ME KNOW THAT $126 OF MINE WAS JUST GOING TO SIT IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING ME ANYTHING FOR IT?!?! AWFUL, AWFUL, DISGUSTING BUSINESS.

I too would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They only sent me half my order, the other two items I have never received (since March 12th,almost two months) and they will not refund my money. They keep giving me excuses. I think this company is in China, and very hard to deal with.
This difficulty with them goes on and on. They are a SCAM!!!

Useless unclear and unuserfriendly website. I ordered an outfit from a page describing the "outfit" / "costume" but many weeks later a pair of glasses arrived, no outfit. I waited a bit longer, thinking the rest of the 'outfit' would arrive separately, then contacted customer services. They told me I received what I ordered - a pair of clear lens glasses which cost US$ 25.99 - these are available for £1.50 on amazon and I would *never* have ordered a pair of specs for $25.99 - I thought I was ordering an OUTFIT or COSTUME as described in the item description.

No matter what I say, their customer services will NOT do anything but repeatedly tell me I received what I ordered and that they will not refund or exchange.

AVOID!! Terrible non-existent customer service, misleading and unclear website. I'm very used to online ordering and can safely say I have never had a similar problem or come across a less helpful company. Ugh.

I have ordered NOTHING from Cosplay Shopper yet twice within approximately one month have been charged around $117 for item(s) I've not even ordered on an account I don't even have. Keeps me hopping to safeguard my bank account. Way to secure your site. Do not shop here.

Terrible. Sent the wrong item. Sent it 5 weeks late. Customer services lied and was then useless. Avoid.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a costume from somewhere. I requested to cancel my order because they informed me that it wouldn’t make my con in time. They asked me to confirm for a refund and I confirmed it. About a week goes by and I email them to check in on my refund and they informed me that my dress was shipped a week after I requested a cancel. I asked them to cancel it still (as they didn’t give me a tracking number). The next email I got was a tracking number saying that the dress would come that Thursday )it was Monday). The dress didn’t come that Thursday. The item arrived about a week later and I requested an address to ship my costume back for a refund (as they told me this was the only way) and I haven’t heard a response. I’ve emailed them three times each about a week apart asking for a return label and refund. Don’t buy from here.

I ordered from Cosplay Shopper in mid-February and hadn't received a status update on my order, which should have been arriving soon at the beginning of March. When I started looking at reviews I saw all of these terrible reviews and thought I must contact them because it sounds like a scam.

I got responses to my questions right away and a refund showed up on my credit card statement within 48 hours of the customer service person telling me that they would process it and confirm the refund, which they also did. They also indicated that other companies had been paying people to write poor reviews. I obviously can't confirm whether this is true or not and can only speak to my experience, but some of my experience contradicts other reviews.

While it might be true that the quality is lower, I haven't actually received any items yet. I can say that customer service was easy to deal with over email and my refund was processed promptly when they weren't able to fulfill my order in the allotted time. If I have more time to wait for items I might think about ordering from them again.

The item I received was very different form what was presented on the site. It is a bait and switch and the support is only there to run you in circles until you get frustrated and give up.

This site is an absolute scam! Don't trust this company!

I ordered an $80+ The Promised Neverland cosplay for the character "Norman." Once I recieved it, it arrived in poor condition as some of the stitching had become lose and teared.

I emailed them and they told me to return it to them. I argued that I am eligible for a pre-paid postage label and they denied my rights to claim one despite the item being faulty. In the end, I did... I sent them the tracking number and the recipt before they decided to fall silent, gnoring all of my emails and requests for a refund.

On their site, it states that if you are unhappy with your item, you are eligible for a refund if given a ligitment reason, however it was obvious that this was a lie. Therefore, I contacted PayPal and escalated the claim. After a few days, CosplayShopper responded with a partial refund offer of a measily $40.00. I denied the offer and thankfully was issued a full refund by Paypal...

If you are thinking of ordering cosplay, DON'T USE COSPLAYSHOPPER - THEY ARE A SCAM WITH POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. Use trusted sites like Amazon or Ebay...

Beware!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a Dorothy costume. It had an awkward fit, tight in some areas, lose in other areas. I tried to return it and was told if it wasn’t on the return page allowable returns it could not be returned. Was also told I needed to contact them within 24 hrs of receipt. In the return page it doesn’t state awkward fit. Now I have a costume I have no use for. Terrible way to do business. Order from amazon, they allow returns. I ended up ordering 2 costumes 2 different sizes to make sure I had a good fit and returned the size that didn’t work with no issues at all.

DO NOT use these people I wished I’d read reviews before placing an order received parcel however costume was too small,I’ve asked for a return address and a refund (they don’t do refunds apparently) the lady said well can’t you just keep it!!! No I can’t I want my £71 back please
Absolutely rubbish company

Do not order from this company. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter and paid extra to expedite shipping. When I hadn't received a shipping update, I contacted them and was told "sorry -do you still want it." Of course I want it if you can get it shipped by the time promised. No further response and the item didn't come for Halloween leaving a disappointed child.
