I ordered the Assassins Creed outfit at the beginning of September and their website stated I would receive this before Halloween. I am still waiting and two days to go but one day until the party it was purchased for.

I have emailed Cosplay Shopper several times with no joy. They have answered by giving me a tracking number which initially didn't work. Then eventually they sent a link that worked. My package was in China ready to be dispatched to the UK on 29th of September, still not here??? Just checked last night (28th October) and it's still in China ready to be dispatched to the UK.

I emailed Cosplay Shopper 2 days ago on the Wednesday and no reply. I have emailed again today and I'm not holding my breath for a reply.

There has been some good experiences by the reviews I've seen but I would be very cautious if you were planning on purchasing anything from them and would say it was a safer bet to source what you want from another supplier.

I'm definitely not happy and it feels like they don't care once they have your money.

Placed an order on AUGUST 6TH, paid for my items already and waited for an email with tracking number and such. Legit got NOTHING. Sent an email on OCTOBER 4TH and got told a lame excuse that my country was asking for a Tax and fees, hence why they didn't process my order. Told them that I was willing to pay if my order would be able to arrive before the 30th of this month. Today is OCTOBER 21st — still got no reply after sending another email. Scam company, poor excuse of a costumer service. 10/10 would never buy from them again.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I tried to order a $142.97 ($162.45 including shipping) cosplay from them on April 16th, 2020. I got an email saying it was shipped and all, but it was a Chinese site. So I waited a few months since it seemed like it was being shipped from out the country. However, nothing came. In March 2021, I tried reaching out to them and never heard anything. It was only when I started posting negative reviews and telling my story on sites they reached out. I gave them the order details and they said that “the order was out of stock for the product and they were never able to process my order”. In other words, they took my money and sent my a bogus teaching number then. They said that they would cancel the order (so they had it the whole time?) and would refund me through PayPal. Surprise, it’s October 2021 and I still haven’t been refunded for a product I paid for and never got. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ships from China in 30-50 business days with no tracking!!! What a joke! Horrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

ordered a custom size and was informed the biggest they make is 3XL, still waiting for a refund and they didn't reply ever since I asked for one.

Very upsetting and I didn't like the jacket that I got from them. After I made a purchase of their item from their website, they didn't notify me that I made a purchased and later after a week or so, I also didn't receive an email that says that my item has been shipped with the a tracking number after sending them a message that I didn't receive a tracking number. Funny how after I received the jacket, they suddenly send me an email of the tracking number of the item. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Product was way smaller than advertised, poor quality and had a stain on it. Wanted me to keep it and give me 10% back. Then offered to send me a bigger one if I paid $25 P&P (When I only paid $9 for original one). Er don't think so. If I pay to send it back, bet they claim it's lost in post and I get nothing at all and have forked out additional cost to return. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND STAY WELL CLEAR. CLOTHES ARE FAKES AND THEY RIP YOU OFF!!

Well it’s my first time ordering and overall it’s was an good experience. They had a fast response if you had any questions. It took 26 days to arrive to Denmark. The size and quality of the dress was just perfect. The socks was a little too small, but it was ok. The wig had a little bit of green in it, when it was suppose to be black, and the bangs was a little to long. But overall a great experience. Definitely going to buy from them again

It has been over a month since we played the order. No updates on the shipping, it hasn’t even left China yet!!

Scam! Took payment and never delivered. Do not give them your money!!!!!

Not only does this seller not honor their expedited shipping policy, but their return policy includes offering you alternative options such as "sell it to someone else" or "give it to a family member as a gift." You also have to pay for your own shipping label to return any items.

Never use this funky cosplay. Ordered a small cap for my son - never arrived. Customer service never responded back. Will leave BAD feedback whenever possible.

Terrible! Do not order from this site. Ordered my son a slipknot sweater. Took 2 months to arrive, was garbage quality and way too small. I ordered xl, I’m a 100 pound woman, the xl fits me. My son couldn’t get one arm in it. When I messaged them for a return, they asked me if I’d be willing to sell the product myself to recoup my losses. LOL. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Garbage product. Garbage service!

Late, wrong one and garbage quality (ordered a sweater 1 month before Christmas). The ONLY positive is that it eventually showed up. I feel scammed, wish I would have searched for reviews first :(

I ordered a costume month in advance of Halloween 2020 week leading up to it I tried to.cancel as I got no word from the company they said it shipped no returns.2wks after Halloween I received ema saying it just shipped, when I received it middle of November there was only the eye mask that Robin wears...Not trustworthy scam artists

I would give 0 stars if I could. Takes forever to get your order, if you get it. They make it almost impossible to track your order. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Cosplayware is not a good company!!!! I ordered my daughter a Harley Quinn costume for Halloween, I never received it and it’s November 28. I received a tracking number which has not had any updates since 11/11/2020. When I email them about my package, all they say is, “the order has been shipped, and you should receive it by the maximum shipping time” (50 days). I will NEVER order from here again. I wish I had read the reviews first. Now I feel like I’m never going to receive it.

This so-called company is a fraud and scam. PLEASE DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you like losing money. (Negative 1 star)

Just one star because I have to put a star! Worst WORST WORST WORST customer service ever !!! I ordered a costume 3 weeks ago decided to cancel the order 2 days ago after I ordered! I let them know they still have not sent me a confirmation and 5 FIVEEEE days have passed by still no confirmation! Then I got an email back saying they can’t cancel my order because it’s been 5 days ! I told them I canceled the same day because I never received a confirmation when they had in BIG BOLD letters SHIPS PUT IN 24 HOURS!!!!!!!! It’s been 3 weeks my costume still has not been shipped out!!!!!!! Whole bunch of lies !!!!! And all they say is “sorry about that” screw u guys !!!!
