My kid loves his watch and wears it daily. My only complaint is the phone service could be better, we have bad service in a lot of areas.

We want to keep our kid off off the internet and screens as long as possible and found this great solution. He can play with the watch and listen to music without being connected to a screen all day which is something we loooooove!

The watch is cute and mostly great for my 8 year old. Two things to note--1) buy the charging stand--it is sooo much better than the charging cable it comes with; 2) bought the protective screen but it was difficult to press any buttons with it on so we took it off and just use the thin ones it came with.
Keep in mind it is always on speaker phone, so the sound quality isn't always good, depending on where the kiddo is.

Love love LOVE this watch! Accidentally washed it while it was in the hamper and it worked just fine afterwards. It truly is water resistant!

Customer service is great!

Sometimes the gps can be a little wonky, just like a cell phone but overall the features are great and my kids enjoy having access to a little technology. I wish that within the parent app I could read texts, but its simple enough to grab their watches and check.

My favorite part is that these watches are an actual number. You don't need to have family and friends download an app to communicate.

Good customer support, and the watch is easy to use for my 6 year old. Tracking is accurate.

My 10 year daughter loves this watch! She loves how she can record a voice text message instead of having to type everything out!

This was intended for our 9-year-old who needed to safely communicate with us when at practice or with a friend. Setup of the watch and service was relatively easy. Unfortunately, it all went HORRIBLY from there. On the first day, the watch stopped working where it would only remain on the welcome screen leaving you unable to do anything. I contacted COMSO Customer Service directly. They were kind but expressed this is a known issue and have a bad batch of smart watches out in the market. They showed almost ZERO sense of urgency telling me that someone would get back to me with possible resolutions and sending me a replacement. Rather than receiving confirmation of a new watch being sent, I was then contacted by someone else from customer tech support who needed to verify the issue but then offered me no timetable on when they would send out a replacement. I had to be the one to follow up and was told they need it to go through an approval process internally before sending me a replacement. Again, this is with a KNOWN issue that I validated by having to provide a two-minute video of the watch glitch showing that I could not get past the COSMO logo screen. I obliged but still was told that they thank me for my patience but still can't send me another one to try.

I completely understand issues like this can happen with product such as these. But, where my patience ran out was that they clearly have no clue on how to immediately rectify the issue to try to gain/retain a customer. Instead of immediately shipping me out a new one, they wanted me to jump through hoops to troubleshoot it myself and then wait patiently until they got the necessary approval to ship me a new one. Keep in mind you also have to prepay for the service plan when setting this up. They never even offered to say we'll give you something for the inconvenience. Again, I feel compelled to reiterate that this is a known issue they are having and it seemed lost on them that this would then question my trust in the product working in the future. These are for children! I'm not going to risk something that has shown no ability to work for emergency purposes of a child.

They are clearly a small company/operation. Too much time went between responses and agents are not readily available to help troubleshoot. During business hours, you can wait up to 5 minutes before they automatically disconnect the call accompanied by an automated message saying "Sorry, no agents are available." SUPER disappointing as I love giving startups/newer companies a chance but this one is WAY to risky given the stakes of children. I would absolutely proceed with caution before buying because if there is an issue there is ZERO reliability you'll get someone to even attempt to help you, let alone actually resolve your issue.

We were looking for a watch for our daughter. We finally selected a Cosmo watch and we are happy with our decision. The first watch we received was defective, but we were able to contact customer service and they tried every option to fix it. Ultimately, we were sent a new watch. We have been impressed with the customer service and with how well the watch is working out for our daughter.

My son loves his watch. We're please with the service and cost. 4 stars instead 5 because the watch does seem to glitch occastionally and get stuck on a screen. He has to restart the watch. Watch is currently 3 months old.

I have appreciated the ease of use of the watch, particularly for setup and parental use of the app. My 8yo enjoys using it to send photos to family and to text us periodically, and she loves sending voice notes that are automatically transcribed for the receiver (love that!). I think the battery life could be improved, the watch itself is bulkier than I expected on my petite kiddo, and the velcro watchband is too big for her (suggest making it shorter)

The setup was very easy. So far we have not had any issues where I have needed customer service. The positive comments about Cosmo's customer service encouraged me to purchase this product. We live in a remote area and are able to get service through AT&T. The app does a pretty good job of locating the watch. Not exact, so might have to refresh to get closer location. Overall happy with product.

I purchased a Cosmo Jr. Track 4 for our 9-year-old daughter for Christmas. We felt comfortable knowing we could control the contacts and what she could and couldn't see using the Cosmo app. Overall, she's very happy with the product. The subscription isn't too expensive, and she loves the freedom of sending her approved contacts messages and pictures. We've probably recommended this product to three or four parents that recently purchased them for their kids.

We’ve tried gizmo and gabb and this is by far the best option! Much more reliable and way better features. Love that it’s true texting not something you have to do through an app. GPS is much more accurate and reliable. No complaints from us.

Great for texting and keeping track of busy 11 year old - easy to set up and customer service responded quick to my questions. Phone calls though don’t aways work and some calls muffled sounding and drop so we just mainly use the texting.

For what the Cosmo Jr Track 4 offers, we are happy. We didn't want to get our 10-year old son a phone or even access that the smart watches that can be set up for kids provides, and this was an affordable alternative. The texting feature is great, our kiddo usually sends us voice messages because it is faster. The school setting works well to block incoming, and he currently has 4 parental/family contacts on his watch. Sometimes the outgoing texts take an hour or more to be received though, which defeats the purpose. The thing we're really disappointed in is the call quality. It's impossible to hear anything, so much background noise and static. We've tried restarting and it appears some other users have had better luck calling support but we haven't had time to do this yet. The company has been responsive and positive experience so far. Service is a little expensive compared to adding a smart watch to our cell phone plan, but it is worth it to have the access limited to the apps that Cosmo offers (go noodle, weather, messaging, calls).

This watch is just right for our 4th grader who isn’t yet ready for a phone. We love being able to see our child’s location and can easily reach them when needed. The parental controls are easy and intuitive, and the app is too.

With our 5th grade and 3rd grade children, we were hesitant to leap into the world of phone ownership and all that comes with it for them, but we still needed to communicate and keep tabs on them. We found Cosmo to be a great solution to bridge the gap. They love the watches, and we love the functionality. We wish the charge lasted longer, but we bought extra charging cords to have wherever they may be to keep them charged.

Have had this watch for 2 months. So far so good. I appreciate that I can text straight from my phone and not through an app. I do wish the GPS was a little more accurate and the microphone a bit better, but overall, good product for the price.
