Great for keeping track of kids without making them screen zombies. It's strictly for communication and location. Reliable calling and accurate GPS.

I bought this watch for my 10 year old daughter as I didn't want to go the cell phone route yet. She loves taking pictures and videos and sending them to her contacts. There are a couple of things that could use some improvement - the charger is a little tricky, especially for a kid. It needs to sit just right in the magnets to charge. I would also love a way to monitor texts from the app. So far, this watch has been superior to others I've tried and I like knowing my daughter can reach me any time from school if needed.

I wasn't quite ready for my son to have a cell phone and this watch is a great compromise. He enjoys texting and calling friends, and I appreciate that the contacts are controlled. I wish there was a way to monitor the chats, but overall I'd select this company again!

Overall happy with the watch, which is my child's first phone. Easy to use and intuitive. The call quality is fine, though the mic can be a bit sensitive. The GPS seems accurate. I hesitate to give 5 stars because the charger can be annoying to use as the magnets aren't very strong and if the watch isn't in the perfect position, it'll come undone.

We love these watches. It’s such a relief to be able to be in contact with my kids whenever I need to, as well as know their locations at all time. I recommend these to everyone!

Of all the kid's smartwatches out there, this is the best one. I had a pretty set list of what I wanted out of a watch for my child, and the JrTrack 4 ticked most of them. It has a real phone number, as opposed to an app you have to use to text/call the watch (this was a deal breaker for me. I didn't want to have to explain to grandparents, family friends, etc. that they needed to download an app, set up an account, etc.). We mostly use texting, and it's great for that. My kid loves sending voice notes, and that feature is helpful since the onscreen keyboard is small and it takes a long time to type out more than a few words. You can set some predefined responses. Words that get used a lot like 'Ok,' 'Yes,' 'Call me,' 'Leaving now,' etc. The call quality is a little hit-and-miss. My kid says they can hear me fine, but sometimes it's really hard to make out what they're saying.

When we first got the watch we had an issue with calls only connecting about half the time. Reached out to customer service and they were great. Quick to respond and quick to figure out the issue and get it fixed (didn't even have to send out a new watch; it was an issue with the phone number that had been assigned.)

There are a few improvements I'd like to see, but overall it's by far the best combination of features and cost that I've found. Plus my kid is happy with it, so that's a win!

Great watch for my five-year-old and my eight-year-old. It’s easier to get in communication after school and know their location exactly. I’ve definitely recommended to friends.

Watch works well for keeping in contact with calls and texts. Has a few games and apps available. Occasionally doesn’t want to connect for location settings.

I purchased this watch for my 6 year old son this past Christmas and he absolutely loves it! It’s very easy for him to use and the customer service has been top notch. I would highly recommend it for a younger child. All the features on the parent portal are also very user friendly.

Santa brought my 10-year-old daughter the Cosmo Jr Track 4 for Christmas this year, and it's amazing. The GPS is so accurate (I'm talking within feet), I never have any issues with calls or texts going through, and she said she feels "like an actual tween" now that she has it 😂 She also texts me "Have a great day at work, Mumma!" every morning, which makes my day. I'm thrilled with the watch.

Great smart watch for kids. The parental controls only allow approved phone numbers to call or text, incoming and outgoing. The GPS tracker on the app gives the parent a great peace of mind too!

Love our cosmo watch! Gives our 7 year old more independence and confidence and feels more mature than some devices. Have recommended to several other families!

Overall Good. Easy to use, calling hard to hear and texting can be difficult. Daughter requests more games and a text to speech function. Been using for 3 months and overall she likes it.

Nice watch that is superior for tracking my youngster. had apple watch that was never accurate and never worked well. Only grip is the charging cord, it is not universal and is specific for the watch so if you lose it you have to buy another and cannot use one of the billion usb-c or usb chargers you already have.

Great 1st smart watch for our 10 yr old. We are able to stay in contact while limiting who is able to contact her as well as who she can contact. My only issue is the tracking feature as it is fairly inaccurate and delayed.

Great product, everything as expected with no issues. Very easy to set up and get started. Easy for my 7 year old to navigate and loves wearing it.

Overall my experience with the Jr Track 4 has been wonderful for my 9 year old. I really like the safe zones, although sometimes the alerts lag, but they are great. I like being able to actively track my child. I like the emergency function. One of my issues is that my child complains they want more apps available. Biggest request have been for games. Weather and step counter have made them feel grown up. Being able to control who has access to my child is a great feature too! Very safe product for your children to have! One complain this week while we were on vacation is that the battery did not last all day while we were out. I definitely recommend this product for your children it’s a great way of giving them independence and connectivity all the while being safe and parent controlled.

This watch has been pretty awesome. Easy to set up, easy to use, I especially like that my daughter has her own number and it can be used through the messaging app on my phone no need for everyone to have the app. My only complaint is that the charger magnets could be stronger or the charging cord a little more flexible because it tends to fall off after it's plugged in.
