doing business with Hibu was the worst experience i had,at the beginning they make things sound so good and they promise me great results until i singed up with them,it was a year contract i spent over $4,000 and i didn't get any return from my investment with Hibu,they are professional liars , they also charged me big amount of money to build a website for my business and when the contract finished i lost the website with all my reviews,the salse man told at the beginning that this is one time charge for the website and this website is mine even if i don't renew the contract,it was a big lie.i tried to cancel the the contract but they wouldn't let me .i don't recommend this company

I am not a big company, I am self employed and Hibu got me about three job leads in six months, it tanked completely even with my efforts to liaison with the local rep, he "gave up" on me, saying "some lines of work just don't do well" I do handrails and custom metalwork. Hibu has charged me two times after I was trying to stop the service; one for $400 and another for $500. I will have to cancel my debit card now and lose a lot of other auto pay's to stop them from taking every penny I have as I am also paying for a very painful divorce and desperately need every penny for my children. This company is crazy, because one size does NOT fit all so if they had integrity they would recognize this and not try to bleed everyone equally.

Never had a bad experience with Hibu & my service rep is the reason. Nichole always has good advice & knows what I want in a website. Hibu is also good about keeping me current with all the new changes that are taking place on line.

To begin... it was my mistake from the beginning to use this Scam Company.
They use the Google Platform... of which i could use also.
They promised me the Sky...
After a year... i wanted to quit.,,several times during this year...but they would not let me.
No Contract...though they say i have a contract...so I quit...but they say...only a pause...I said Quit.
after 6 months...they came back with a vengeance.
Now they say I owe them for the pause...and they started me again without any notice.
I saw that they finally sent me a invoice...of which is strange...considering I quit 6 months before.
I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely the only option for managing your website. Steve was so patient on a saturday and less than 10 minutes, Angie D. was amazing earlier this week, my internet connection kept disconnecting our chat but she just kept connecting with me until the job was done. I can't say enough how much I love this company and its affordable, this was the best business decision I made. thank you so much

This company is a Joke they are about lip service and talk a GREAT GAME but cant back up there numbers. I screw up by getting with this worthless company. They have lied to me since day one. The salesman quit with 3 days of me signing up with them and of course I didn't find out till after there 7 days cancelation. So they had me locked into there 12 month contract. It took them 3 weeks before assign me another contact person. Which Kara is a huge JOKE. And her boss is worthless too.
In there bylaws they have cancellation policy of 99.00 to cancel the contract but they they refused to honor it. All there numbers on there websites are inflated to keep you around very sad company to lie to there customers. Anything extra you want from this company is UPCHARGE. Like social media or google adds. Your manager loves to sell you stuff so thy can make money off you and then tell you they are promoting your website which is BS.

Nick was on top of things with communication through the whole process. Between the 2 main contacts through the build they did a great job with the appearance and optimization of the site, as well as some other recommendations that will help my business out. Jennifer Calhoun Does an Amazing Job she totally pays attention to detail. I have 2 accounts with Hibu and once she has thoroughly satisfied my concern she checks for any other potential issues. Then if I have a question about my other account she's all over it with enthusiasm and a smile over the phone.

I’ve used Yellow Book/Hibu for 19 years and highly recommend this company.

Incredibly poor results where my company was payings hundreds upon hundreds of dollars per customer lead. Far outside industry norms. Have had multiple conversations where initially our sales rep said they'd end or contract, later told that only the person that initially set up the account can cancel despite them not being employed at our company anyone or the owner must communicate directly to cancel. Our company owner has requested multiple times to cancel our contract to which Hibu agreed yet we're still being charged months later. Lies about not having any record of previous conversations and manipulation to try and get us to re-up our contract. Seems our only course of action is to have our credit card company block payment to them. Corrupt and unethical. DO NOT TRUST HIBU.
