Quick and great communication

Absolutely amazing the way the guys worked today. I have to say I’ve never seen anything like it. It was a lot lot more than they originally planned but no quibbles and happy to do what was needed. Thank you to all the team.

The service provided was exceptional the crew from cornerstone were on time and extremely efficient both loading and again when unloading at our final destination.
I would recommend the company and the three individuals who made moving day a pleasant experience.

It has been almost a year since we moved house with Cornerstone. It's taken this long to recover. From the moment the undersized van arrived (late) with two young men who had difficulty speaking English, the day went from bad to worse. These guys were clearly just sub-contracted by Cornerstone with a hired luton van, which they failed to pack properly so there was no room for all our property. I had to make two trips in my own car the following days to collect everything they left behind - a two hour journey each way each time. A broken (very expensive) office chair and a missing lamp were the least of the the complaints about this company. The removers trailed mud all over brand new carpets in the new house and we couldn't wait to be rid of them. Having to use Google translate from English to Arabic and being called "Uncle" all day added to the stress, as did the constant pestering to leave a five star review. We obviously complained but got nowhere with Cornerstone and still have nightmares about the day.

Robert and Catalin were perfect. They arrived on time (I was very worried, because I hadn’t been able to talk to anyone last week on the numbers available on the website) and were extremely professional and handled everything with great care. Nothing was a problem for Robert and Catalin, they made sure to follow all instructions and always checked how I would prefer things. Extremely polite and nice, a relieve after a bad experience with another company last November. Cornerstone Removals was recommended by a friend and I surely will contact them next time I move.

Robert and Catalin assisted us in our move. They were both polite, really listened to us and did a fantastic job! They came int eh morning and left late in the evening only after completing the job. They were smiling all the time although the job was pretty demanding. Very nice service and will use them again in the future

The team were very efficient and quick. They arrived in good time and loaded far more quickly than we expected. They kept me updated on their journey north and the unloading was equally rapid. We have nearly finished unpacking and nothing has been broken, so we are happy to recommend them.

The team arrived on time, introduced themselves. They were friendly and courteous all the time. Worked efficiently with care and were happy to assist with anything that we requested.

They turned up at 07:50am and had both vans loaded in a speedy time, they were helpful in making sure everything found the correct rooms, and highly recommend them for your removals.
