Good communication
Good communication. Efficient service. Tried to book in September but couldn’t find a convenient date. Then no appointments til November. All is well that ends well.

Winter service sorted
I was contacted sometime ago and invited to book a service for the central heating and was able to choose a date and time.
The heating technician arrived today, phone about 5 minutes before arrival in the time slot I had chosen. He was very friendly and very helpful answer all the questions I had about the heating and soon completed the heating service very efficiently.

Very quick to respond
Very quick to respond. Great workman turned up to fix the boiler, got the parts and came back the next day. All costs were included in the plan.

While the actual engineers are fine…
While the actual engineers are fine when they arrive, the emergency booking system, in my experience, is deeply flawed.
I reported a boiler fault and an active leak over 24 hours ago, and my upfront excess fee was taken immediately. Despite this, no engineer was actually assigned or booked. This total lack of communication and failure to grasp the urgency has left me sitting in a freezing house with no heating or hot water. Very disappointing service.

Disappointing really.
Service appointment was apparently lost and I had to call to initiate appointment. Service therefore later than usual. Engineer was fine on the day and told me all was fine with the boiler. However he submitted a report to HO indicating possible problem. This caused further phone calls and the inevitable concerns.
Eventually explained but my confidence in Corgi has been eroded!
