Yesss. This was a good example of a working customer service. I received help in a matter of hours. The tone was friendly and engaged. 3 thumbs up ( if I had 3 :) )

I am disappointed that there isn't greater service available for such an expensive piece of equipment.

Excellent service from both Contour Design and ergonomics.co.uk. Really impressed. I wanted a trial of some equipment (Rollermouse red wireless, balance keyboard and laptop stand) to get my work from home setup for Covid-19. I got a call from Ergonomics (Maxine) to discuss my need and even though the keyboard and the laptop stand is not normally offered for a trial, Maxine checked with Contour Design and all the equipment was sent quickly for a 30-day trial.

Carsten from the technical support team is an excellent ambassador for Contour Design. He helped resolve my issue with patience and excellent communication skills

Contour Design makes fantastic keyboards and Roller Mouse products. I had problems with typing and using a mouse as I got older and work a desk job. Contour products have given me a new lease on work. They also have excellent customer service. I lost a dongle and they sent me one for free. I then lost a key on the keyboard when traveling and they sent me a new keyboard!! I'm a customer for life and buy their products for my small business.

Excellent company with supportive customer service and fantastic ergonomic computer equipment that have helped me immensely.

I tried numerous ergonomic mice of different shapes, forms and sizes, but all of them were not successful in stopping the pain I was getting in my wrists.

I highly recommend the Contour RollerMouse for people suffering from repetitive strain injury and carpal tunnel syndrome.

I just wish I came across the RollerMouse earlier!

If you have lateral epicondylitis, better known as tennis elbow, and find using a conventional mouse painful, then this could be helpful. The Contour Rollermouse is like rolling a pencil in the pen groove of an old-fashioned wooden school desk. It feels odd at first but I quickly got used to it, and because your hands are close together in front of you there's no reaching sideways. You must use a keyboard with a straight, narrow bottom edge, that you rest on the flat adjustable height raisers that are supplied, so that you can move your hands onto the keyboard and back onto the Rollermouse. You may find that you need an additional gel wrist rest in front of the Rollermouse for wrist support when using it. This device, together with a smaller laptop size keyboard have helped me recover from the pain of lateral epicondylitis over the past few months, and I cannot recommend it too highly. My only criticism of it is that the standard depth wrist supports my model is fitted with are too shallow for me, but as it was supplied by my employer I had no choice of type. I 'reached out' as they say to Contour regarding the size of the Rollermouse and my issues in travelling with it, and they were helpful in advising of other models that were smaller.

The heretofore lowly mouse has at last been perfected. The Unimouse from Contour is so comfortable and functional, I bought 3, one for each of my work stations. Awesome! Why scrimp on the single most-used computer tool? Don’t!

Well had to wait a while for the update to macOS 10.15 but the Contour Mouse RED still worked on Catalina although without the Prefs !
When the update arrived it was back to normal use with no problems at all -
The only thing I don't like about this mouse is the cable - I knew I should have bought the wireless version :( to late mow aye
BUT A VERY GOOD PIECE OF HARDWARE EVEN WITH THE CABLE - AND THE CABLE IS LONG ENOUGH

The customer service at contour Design has always been top notch. They are always ready to help and seem to go that bit extra to help resolve any issues.

Takes a bit of getting used to but wouldn't go back to a conventional mouse. Company easy to deal with

Ordered and received a Contour Design Shuttle-Xpress, never got a minutes use out of it. I tried many different softwares, none of them were compatable, apparently.

I was not able to get any roller mouse... The only offer I have got was 2 or 3 times more expensive than on the webpage... Im very dissatisfied.

Answered my questions about connectivity of the wireless Contour mouse as a result I bought it, very happy with it and consider it as my best mouse ever.

Service was a little slow, but Ok. The product (contour shuttle) does not work with the application I needed it for. (For watching game film through a browser based service)
