very, very good customer service - quick and easy with speedy results. Sadly the new part did not resolve the issue \I\ had but that was not down to the customer service which could not be better

Excellent product in the Contour Shuttle Pro v2
Great interface allowing custom button/actions for individual programs which is really easy to set up - just click the button and the settings appear ready for any tweaks.

Contour deisgn are a shining example of…
Contour deisgn are a shining example of how to to technical support - if you can achieve what you are trying to, they just appologise and say so. Then offer a couple of work arounds admitting it is not ideal, but may help.
From my point of view - no time wasted trying to work out how to do something that can't be done. Also they were very positive about hearng about any solution I might (and subsequentlydid) find.
Hopefully theu will add the functionality I was looking for, but they made no promises as to if or when.
Good honest support.
