Ordered 12 month supply of contacts for my daughter. Went through checkout and after insurance was applied, I owed $2.00. There was an issue with my order as far as the account name vs the prescription name so my order was cancelled. Called the next day to straighten out the issue regarding the name and was given a new total of $47 and change. FOR THE EXACT SAME ORDER/SAME INSURANCE COVERAGE. I asked why there was the change and the agent said that she could see where I was charged $2 and there was a “silly little number in there” for the 12 month supply discount. By “silly little number” she meant that one day, I received a Supply Savings discount of $95.96 and the very next day, that supply savings discount dropped to $50. Although I had gone through the entire process the first time and submitted my $2 payment that they said I owed, it did not matter the next day that the amount had changed for no apparent reason!! They Refused to honor the original price! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Edit to clarify: I called the next day because no one was available by telephone or live chat to resolve it 5 minutes after I got an email stating there was a problem with my order! I did email the same day but still had to call the next day to try to get it resolved!

It was easy to order and quick shipping. Couldn’t ask for anything better.comparing this to last time I had to order from another place this was infinitely better.

I applied my EyeMed insurance, but it only deducted $160 (not $160 + 15% off the remaining balance). So I removed my insurance and figured I could file an in-network claim afterwards. Now I have to go back and forth with EyeMed customer service because the website only has a form for out-of-network claims. It would be much better if your website deducted the correct amount from the start.

I still haven't received my contacts. I ordered my wife's contacts seven days after I ordered mine and her order showed up six days ago...

False advertising of receiving a rebate with my contacts order. After applying for the rebate, I was informed by Alcon Choice that Contacts Direct no longer has a contract with them for rebates. The link to the PDF for the rebate is on the website under the contacts that I purchased. This is very disappointing and poor advertising.

I had a great experience and the person I talked to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful! My first ever order with them got cancelled because my eye clinic couldn't find my info.... I had a great price for the contacts which went up but they honored it and I did a new order with a better coupon. I will recommend! Thank you!

The reason for a 1-star rating on service is due to your affiliation with Rakuten who says YOU have not confirmed my $1000+ order. Until you do confirm it to Rakuten they will not credit me the cash back due. This cash back was the entire reason I purchased my annual supply through your company because it made your price the lowest. I expect the 8% cash back that was the basis of purchasing through your company. Otherwise, a competitor's price was lower and you are engaged in dishonest business practices.

When ordering contacts, I entered my prescription manually from my previous contact box. I then called my new eye doctor and uploaded the prescription without previewing it. Big mistake. I have had the same prescription for years. When I recently moved states, the new eye doctor I visited renewed my prescription but made a mistake when entering it into the computer. I was unaware of that mistake until my contacts arrived and the prescription was different than what I entered. When I called customer service they informed me that the prescription I entered didn’t match the one I uploaded from my doctor. Ultimately this is an error on my end but it would have been helpful if I received an email stating that the prescription I entered was different than the one I uploaded from my eye doctor. I would have been able to call my doctor to correct the error and reupload the correct prescription. Now I am stuck with $400 worth of contacts with the wrong prescription.

I was given a 20% discount yet when I placed my order there was no place in the ordering process to add the discount code. A call to customer service straightened everything out. However, the call should not have been needed and I am still waiting for my refund.

Ordered contacts for my son, but his prescription was expired. Contacts Direct made it super easy for him to get that updated. Then the order was put on hold, and I had to call customer service. One of the best customer service experiences in recent memory. After having to simply choose my preferred language and problem category, I was immediately connected to a real human, and within less than 15 minutes (no waiting for 58 minutes on hold or anything), she had identified the problem (their system was showing my name as the patient but the prescription was in my son's name), canceled the original order, corrected the problem, resubmitted the order, reapplied the coupon I'd used in my initial order, and re-entered the payment details, and our order was on its way. They kept us informed via email, so there was no waiting and wondering why we weren't receiving our order, and then they quickly resolved each issue in a professional and courteous manner. No having to shout "operator" at the automated machine to speak to a real person, either. Real people offering real help and real-time solutions.

Been dealing with Contacts Direct for years. The company has the most competent employees. The employees are total competent.

Price first. I have only so much benefit with my Medicare Advantage plan. You had what I needed, both quality brands. You're local, sort of, being in Ohio. The ordering was easy once I chatted with customer service, though it was a little slow. Locating and perusing your site was fairly easy; the subsequent delivery
was quick.
