It was verified and shipped quickly. Even though I had an issue and had to reorder . It went fast.

They sent the wrong prescription. I am still waiting for the replacements but have to wait for the return to reach them first.

This happened to be my first time ordering from this company. When I placed my order everything was smooth adding my prescription etc. Ran into an issue the next day that delayed my order. Reached out to a customer service representative and chatted with them online. Was informed by first representative to email my issue with order number to a specified email and that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. Didn’t hear from anyone within that 24 hours. Yet, after reaching out again I did get in touch with another representative via chat. That representative rectified the issue immediately because i informed them I paid for express shipping. Literally after the representative fixed my issue immediately got my contacts the next day at 12pm!

Fairly easy to order. Only problem was it wouldn’t take my insurance and the shipping box was crushed on arrival. Several of the contact boxes were smashed.

My order was incorrect the first time and I had to reorder. I sent an email then decided I should call to correct the issue. The customer service call was more effective because I got a chance to verbally get my order correct.
