I was used by a thief to obtain a cellular phone, they used my identity to procure. It was a lengthy process to make the bureaus retract this blatant obvious I'll acquired cellular device from my account. The offending people or person who used my information to obtain the in question device is a reprehensible leach preying on a vulnerable veteran who has disabilities. Consumers attorneys did much to help correct this theft of my credit. The stress and long term anxiety unfortunately was not compensated nor the drop of 20 + points to my credit score. Originally it was 100+ drop so in that regard they did help to remove the big drop. numerous people from the office helped tremendously with the matter. Its not right how credit bureaus can without providing proper proof add erroneous charges to apply against oneself. Linda was most helpful. Even though neither myself nor consumers attorneys were compensated for this issue. I do believe that both of us deserve a monetary settlement for pain and suffering as caused by jaded decisions made without factual proof of said device in question. This apparently is a widespread problem for many people. I thank the firm for their tirelessness and patience working with me.they were wonderful.
