Alicia was my Paralegal and she was so understanding and was so nice. She addressed all my concerns I contacted these guys because a family member used my identity to open numerous accounts that the credit bureaus wouldn't take off my report. Not only did they get all that done, they got them to pay over $19,000 in damages. I was I was haunted by these debts and 4 years fought w credit bureaus. They handled everything in what seemed like a few weeks. The only thing I woukd change is the 45 day wait for getting paid and them having to wait on a paper check which I thought weird they don't do electronic deposit but since I didn't pay anything upfront I'll live w the wait!
