Great Law Firm For FCRA Violations For Consumers
I like how well Yaear Weintroub handled my case against LexisNexis as he fought for me to get fair compensation. He was also able to get my LexisNexis report corrected and for me to get reasonable insurance rates because of the errors LexisNexis reports.

Total Waste of time. Would not listen to any information I had or proof. All they asked was whether I had recorded a phone call in 2024 about a dispute on my current credit report. Total waste of my time and clearly a clueless person on the other end of the phone. Then they claim I had no proof. I had proof. What I did not have was a recording of a phone call in 2024. Give me a break. Your cookbook answer written by ChatGPT does not help your case

We're sorry you feel your call was a “waste of time.” Our intake process is how we start building the pieces of your story and gathering evidence for a potential federal claim.
In Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, documentation matters: what was reported, what was actually owed, what notices were sent, what disputes were made, and what proof exists to show the reporting is inaccurate and the credit bureau or data provider failed to investigate reasonably.
During your call, we asked about supporting proof because that’s what allows our attorneys to assess whether there’s a viable FCRA claim versus some other form of dispute that falls outside of FCRA protections.
A credit report showing dates you believe are wrong can be a starting point, but it isn’t, by itself, proof that the reporting is legally actionable under the FCRA. That’s why our team asks targeted questions and requests documentation. If you decline to provide the requested proof, there's nothing we can do.
We don’t charge for intake, and we don’t take cases unless we can build them responsibly. We encourage you to take your documents to another firm for a second opinion. We genuinely wish you the best in getting the issue resolved.
