Needed a new security camera
Needed a new security camera, found one on connectit website at very competitive price. Asked a question about the item over the email very late in the afternoon, expecting a reply next day, to my suprise got an instant reply from one of the team members. Placed the order within couple of minutes and the camera was at my doorstep in Wicklow in 48H. Highly recommend seller.

Easy to set up and great price.
I asked a friend about getting a virtual landline. They gave me Connect-its details.
I sent them a email inquiry. I received a phone call from Julian and thereafter the process was very straightforward.
I think from the initial email to having my phone set up was around four days.

Awful customer service, don’t expect a refund.
We ordered a product, shortly after ordering realised it wasn’t the correct product, so as soon as we received the item we returned it. They would not accept the return as there was a mark on the box (the packaging on the outside of the product) which was up to the delivery company, not us.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Let’s put some facts around the Awful Customer Service. You purchased from our website which was dispatched same day and delivered to you within 48 hours. You contacted us to advise you no longer required the product. You were advised to return the product as per our policy. You employed the courier not us. Immediately on receiving the product we contacted you about the “mark on the box” which was significant damage to the box and we provided you with images of same. You then proceeded to submit a claim to PayPal (claim rejected)because the goods were not as described. We provided you with video evidence of the box contents which were visibly damaged in transit by your courier. You were advised by our team to file a claim for damages with your courier company but instead of this you and others have taken the time to write bad reviews about our service. The claim may have taken up less of your time.
If your goods were returned in as new condition not significantly damaged we would have had no hesitation in processing your refund and as a small Irish business we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers. Like everyone we are not perfect but we look forward to providing our customers with the great customer service they deserve.

Connect It is a legit company. I have used it 3 times, happy with the service and delivery. My 3 tapo cameras did the job I needed them to do, hope they will last.

Great Service
Bought a camera at Connectit—ran into a small hiccup, (of my own making) but the team there couldn’t be more helpful and went out of their way to make sure it got sorted. The local contact number on their website connects you directly to helpful and accommodating staff, that personal touch makes all the difference.
