Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the disappointment caused by this order.
On 5 July, due to an error when sale pricing was applied to our website, the Eufy Smart Display E10 was displayed at an incorrect price. Once the issue was identified on the morning of Monday 6 July, the listing was corrected and affected orders were refunded.
Your order was refunded in full at 11:25am on 6 July and we contacted you shortly afterwards to explain the situation.
We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The pricing error was not intentional and did not reflect the product's actual sale price.

I have bought a number of products including security cameras, automatic vacuum/map and door bell camera and replacement parts. This company is flawless at communication and they ship very fast. I always check with them first for products. Prices competitive too!
