Thank you for your review, Sonja! We're glad you had a good experience from start to finish :)
Glad I got them!
As my daughter was slowly outgrowing pampers I had to bite the bullet and look at buying some bigger nappies for her. I found confidence club via Google, read a few reviews, had a look at some other sites but not being able to find the size suitable and weighing up prices value for money ect, I went with the magic pyjama pants 4-7 years. They fit my 4 year old perfectly and we’ve had no leaks! They last us SO much longer then the pampers we’ve just come out from and would thoroughly recommend- we use them for daily use as well as night time.

Didn't receive order
I placed an order and as per their website was expecting it within 2-3 working days. A week later I still had no dispatch information. Several email exchanges with apologies and promises of chasing Evri for delivery information I've given up and asked for a refund. I'm not sure if the company or Evri are to blame but I wouldn't order from them again.

Hi Sarah,
thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. We really do apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused. We very rarely experience delays like this and have thousands of 5 star reviews on our site and Google based on our prompt delivery service, so we're sorry we couldn't provide you with the same level of service.
We do have a 100% money back guarantee on all orders, which includes the shipping costs, so you won't be out of pocket for this order, and I can see that your refund has now been processed.
We'd love it if you would like to give us a 2nd chance and show that the delays aren't a recurring problem, but we understand if you'd rather not right now.
The ConfidenceClub team.

Hi Hezron - I appreciate your frustration but you ordered on the wednesday and your order shipped the same day. You made the enquiry on the friday (2 days later) at midday and there wasn't updated tracking yet. The reason the support person said '4 days' is because the courier does not give updated feedback over the weekend via their call centre. In any event the parcel was delivered on the Saturday which is pretty reasonable for standard service. I'm sorry you feel we were not helpful - we do everything possible to assist our customers (including reshipping orders at our cost when there seems to be unreasonable delays- which I know is already something you are aware of). Next time we should be more clear in our communications when we know we won't get responded to over a weekend so we don't create a false expectation.

My order came within 48 hours of ordering, the nappy pull ups are such a good fit and so comfortable, it’s such a piece of mind now to know I can get the bigger sizes which are bigger and still child looking cos he’s only 6 so he doesn’t look any different, and they do exactly what they say they’ll do, excellent buy 👍
