Order kickstarter for 1T maghub go and paid $149_. Just rec today, but no ssd within.

Kickstarter backer here, I pledged $59 for the MagHub Go and a Type-C cable. I have not received either yet, and INVZI has ghosted us backers (again), but it does seem like some bckers have received their pledges. I am not one of them, so as far I know those could be bots who commented saying they received theirs, but they could also be legit. I've got no way to know. Either way, I haven't received mine and the team isn't responding to anyone. I highly do not recommend buying from them. They are not trustworthy. For the date, I'm putting today, though my stuff was supposedly getting ready to ship in late October.

Ordered a 400 euros ish product on their website last august, not Kickstarter. They got back to me the following day to say they were not selling that product anymore, and that I was getting upgraded for free if I wanted. I accepted. After 2 months of not hearing form them and getting no answer back to my mails, I posted my experience on their Facebook group. They posted a reply with an apology and offered to upgrade me once more and to send me my stuff in priority the following Monday. Well, that was 3 weeks ago, and no news and no reply. It is beyond a joke, and pretty much a scam at that point.

Ordered on MagHub Go SSD on Kickstarter, and it was supposed to be delivered in June. Now it's October and still not delivered. Have tried contacting as many other people and they don't even respond

Bought a charger from them. Makes a distracting high pitched noises while charging making it unusable. Emailed their support team immediately with no response, then multiple times over several months and was still ignored over multiple emails they finally after a year offered me a discount on buying another of their products. I want the defective product I bought replaced with a model that works or a refund, not to pay twice for something that still might not work. It seems there are many more with people with the same issue and the same lack of response from invizi as me.

Great products and service team work was featured responding to my inquiries and complaints about tracking shipping The products worth the wait I would buy them again for backup but it wont be necessary seems loke its built to last. I reserve on star due to fact that it's too soon to tell if the Hub 3 pro stand will hold up to test of time.

I ordered a power adapter from them 9 days ago. Order has not shipped and no response from ‘customer service.’ I have now contacted Amex to do a fraud investigation.
