Reliable & fast

Items were out of stock. I requested an email for when they would be back in stock, which I received. When I ordered these were out of stock again. Still waiting for the items.

I would just avoid this pharmacy if possible. I was using them for approx 12 months and during this time I came across two separate issues.
I must admit that in the end both times the issues were resolved but both these occasions caused me quite a bit of stress. The most recent issue was in that they accidentally sent me 200 units of Botox by mistake. When I tried to work with them to resolve this it just created more stress and confusion.
This resulted in them trying to bill me for a further 200 units of Botox that they then sent after a prescription amendment. Thankfully it’s all been sorted now but I feel that this pharmacy isn’t run well and I choose to order from elsewhere now.

Patient received promptly and commented on what a good service it was

Ordered an Obagi Nu Derm kit for my client with tretinoin. The tretinoin turned up but no kit. Called them up
And have now found out that kit is out of stock? Why was I able to order it if it isnt available? Why didn’t anyone tell me that the order was sent out incomplete and my patient is also none the wiser Not happy

When able to order product arrives the next day for a certain fee.

Product dates are good.

Only issue is difficulty getting the site to open so I can order

I bought Obragi products through a nurse practitioner. Unfortunately Healthxchange does not provide refunds. If the products had come direct from Obragi I would have been entitled. I feel the company should provide the same refunds as the parent company.

Great product selection, however i still find ordering on the pharmacy website difficult to navigate.

Good products but you need to move away from DPD. Every - EVERY - time I place an order, I receive an email from DPD saying my delivery will be delayed. And it always arrives a day later.
Please, consider bringing back the offers on single Profhilo and Viscoderm Hydrobooster.

I placed an order for Relfydess as stock. the address I gave was my home address to guarantee delivery but turned out that I should have given a CQC registered address. I gave my clinic address. Your team approved this but the order was not sent until after 5 days when I called to question this!
I also, received the Relfydess only and not the Hyaluronidase ampule yesterday despite both items were ordered on the same day. This isa realy bad service. I had to apologies to clients that will not book with us anymore.

Unfortunately very poor experience from the start. Placed a order, problem with one item on order, was told by member of staff on phone whole order would be cancelled and I needed to reorder which I did, this was incorrect, only the item in question cancelled so now have duplicate of entire order. Customer service not interested, their excuse was that the member of staff was new, I now have doubles of prescription item that will go to waste and out of pocket. Another item on both orders out of stock but not informed for over a week, eventually contacted to say no update on when availability will be so will be cancelled and refunded but only refunded for one order not the second.
Overall very disappointing leaving a small business out of pocket. Recommend using other pharmacies like church who are much more professional and organised.
