ConfidenceClub Anmeldelser

Have been a customer for a long time. I think their products are great. Very comfy to wear and also very discreet. I would recommend them to anyone rather that the popular shop alternatives I find in an emergency they are very leak proof I won’t use any other brands.

Very quick on delivery and delivered in a discreet package. I use both the white pants and the black (Dailee) ones - both are comfortable but the Dailees are very slightly less bulky. They fit well and completely waterproof. After use they can be rolled up into a neat little sausage roll shape. I like the emails they send with hints and tips and blogs about incontinence and different ways to cope in various situations

Items arrived fairly quickly in discreet packaging.
Very good offer of 5 for 2.
Selection of sizes. Nice colours. Discreet in wearing.
Comfortable. Just need a quick rinse to wash.
I use with a pad for extra security as I have heavy loss.
Heartily recommend.

Placed an order for pull ups for my son and paid for priority delivery, which the website states is dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm. This wasn’t the case and I had to chase up for two days. Now I’ve had an email to say ‘failed delivery attempt’ when no attempt has even been made. It’s put me off ordering again, which is a shame as I was hoping to put regular orders in if they were good quality.

Always on time easy website

Good service

When my wife suffered a stroke in 2021 our whole world changed, due to her severe loss of bodily functions, it was costly to purchase the necessary mattress protectors and pants, we then came across confidence club uk that now supply and meet all our needs at half the cost, Anthony

It is possible to schedule deliveries according to need so remain in control . Great customer service too. I pay for the pads and they deliver direct to Mum . Economy of scale so Mum doesn't have to carry packs back from the chemist very useful as she doesn't drive. Plenty of communication to check if running low, flexible delivery is a great feature.

Friendly service quick delivery at the right price highly recommend

Apart fre quick delivery the products are the best and most efficient and reliable I've had

Always deliver on time
The products works well for me

Easy to order, clear information and super fast delivery. Very happy with the purchase.

I have been incontinent with neurological problems for over 20 years. I have tried every NHS and commercial continence pads and, more recently, pants; including ones that cost twice the price. Believe me these are the best and are competitively priced against supermarkets and a big retail chemist. They are comfortable, fit well ( I am a big girl) and do not leak.

Great product and always a prompt delivery. This product has given me much more confidence to get out and about

Very fast delivery

Prompt delivery of a really good product.

This is an amazing company to deal with nothing is too much trouble.
Once you try. There pads you will not go back to using anything else.

Shipped on time
Right price
Let down by courier.

Remarkeably swift turnaround of orders, excellent performance of the product, in line with the companies claims, and very good value. I offered a thought on a possible minor improvement regarding fit, and had an immediate positive response.
