Have used them in the past for MOT's (and in fairness they did a good job) but this time I needed a service and they "can't" tell me or email me details of what's included in the service (and there's no details on the website) or email me the price in case "their competitors" find out what they do. I know how much you're trying to charge me because you told me on the phone, but I want to know what I get for my money. Surely this is a mis-selling type scheme. They also tried to hit me with the lots of "fantasic price", "amazing", "deal", etc before they told me the price. I don't bow to the hard sell or to pressure sales. Hung up and gone. Goodbye
Value for money
I used the Oxford branch to use their vans as I was moving. The staff were very polite and courteous and explained everything.
Definitely value for money that I would use again.

Having used numerous garage services over the years like KwikFit,National Tyres and other, I found Concorde to provided and exceptional and outstanding service. This is the very first time i have experienced exceptional customer service, exceptional value, tremendously knowledgeable and friendly staff, The inspection report they gave me was honest and accurate and identified future repairs, not once did i feel that they were trying to up sell for more business like KwikFit do. The quality of the work and report was of extremely high standard. I really enjoyed my experience at Concord and look forword to my next visit as and when required. Concorde has clearly demonstrated honesty,knowledgeable, and extremely good value form money.
Great service
The first tyre that I was quoted for and arrived was not a run-flat and although I was then quoted a higher price which is what I expected as run-flats are dearer I did find the same tyre cheaper else where in fact a £100 cheaper but Concorde Auto matched it and the reception and service I received was outstanding

As a woman i would trust this garage to treat me fairly and with respect and not try to pull the wool over my eyes i can say they were honest and upfront

Very good customer service - been twice recently with my Audi - for a service and also had new brakes and pads. Very good value for money- good timekeeping and keep updated with when car is ready etc.
Also one of the few places that recognise a regular customer and give discount for future work.

My recently MOTed and well-kept car went in for a simple clutch replacement (3hr job) and they kept my car for over 2 MONTHS! They used every excuse in the book, didn't have the tools to do the job, kept finding new things I had to pay for once they'd taken the wheels off (so I couldn't go elsewhere) and were even rude. Only threatening legal action got my car back. During this ordeal I had to literally source the extra part they said I suddenly needed and then chase them up to get it, just to recover my car!
I had to pay close to £650, plus all the costs I accrued having to hire a car while they wouldn't give my car back. Going to Concorde has cost me over £1000 and lots of sleepless nights.
They haven't even had the decency to offer me compensation.
Completely satisfied.
From the phone call to book and taking vehicle in the service and the staff were excellent. I would give it more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could.

This company tried to trick my wife and upset her into thinking she needed work doing that she didn't , luckily she called me before agreeing and paying upfront for work she never needed. Please everyone be aware that this company has a terrible reputation just read the reviews. There is a reason this company take prepayment and that is because they know there over charging and quoting for work not needed not to mention the horrendous poor quality work they carry out, these should be on rouge traders!!!!! You've been warned. Concorde complained about my original review so it was deleted, However, the original review was fair and a true likeness or how this company operates.
Don't be fooled by the cheap MOT; you'll pay for it in time and inconvenience
I booked my car into the Peterborough branch for an MOT last Friday (4th May). I knew there were two illegal tyres on the front, so I ordered one new tyre and asked them to put the spare on the other wheel, as couldn't afford two. I checked the spare and could see it looked legal. I asked them to put the one they took off on the spare. This wasn't done. I had to pay in advance.
So, the car failed on brake pads with an advisory for the discs. I asked the price of the pads and was told £78, but without the discs they would squeak. I asked the price of both and was told £117. I said, ok, I might as well have both. When they had finished, I looked at the front tyres and could see that one of them was new but the other had no tread to speak of around the edge. I thought that one must be the spare and that I had made a mistake, the spare wasn't as good as I thought. Still, must be legal because they had put it on and passed the tyres, right?
I didn't receive the promised email confirmation, so I rang on Saturday. All phone numbers lead to head office in Northampton. I was told that he could see the pads had been ordered but not the discs. The price of £117 was just for the pads (so much for the £30 brakes in their google listing) and that no retest was booked. I had booked the work for 9.30 and was told they couldn't do the retest straight after, but they'd book it in for the evening. So what am I supposed to do all day? I told him that wasn't good enough, that I didn't live locally, and he managed to bring the appointment forward to 9 am.
So, yesterday, 9th May, I took the car back to have the brake pads and a retest and it failed on the tyres! That's when I learned that the tyre I had bought and paid for a week before had never been ordered or fitted.
While I was waiting on Friday, there were two other people who had ordered and paid for tyres (one ten days before) and those tyres hadn't yet arrived. Today (Thursday) while the assistants were apologising about being short staffed and running behind, a customer was complaining that they were doing a full check of everything on his car, when he had only asked for air conditioning to be done and didn't want anything else. When he asked for a refund, he was told they don't handle money and he would have to go through the head office.
The only thing I can say about this company is that the assistants were very friendly. However, I can't count of the number of times I heard them say: 'sorry for the inconvenience' to just about everyone who came through the door.
The bizarre idea of having to pay in advance makes sense when one considers that I would have cheerfully gone elsewhere had I not already paid. i'm sure I am not alone.
The brakes do not squeak even though they only did the pads.
When I was told that the £117 was only for the pads, I phoned a well known company who would be considered expensive and asked for a price for the same. I was told £95. I know where I'll be going next year.
I have just seen that this company have ceased trading. I cannot say I am surprised.

Smashing job
Smashing job - had a service and MOT done at Peterborough and it's a completely different experience to any other garage I've used before. Lee was helpful and polite, and everything was completed on time.
I will be returning with my wife's BMW shortly.
Possibly the worst service ever received!
Pre-booked (and prepaid) for a section of my exhaust to be replaced at noon on a Thursday at the branch in Peterborough. After being charged for additional bits, after much chasing and spending about 4 hours on site being ignored, I eventually had my keys returned at 5.30 on the FRIDAY... With some bonus exterior damage! - this was also after they apparently had to "fashion a tool" to fit a common VW clamp?!?
Constantly lied to about work being done/ completion times, replacement of damaged part took almost a month (with chasing - at one point they asked me if I'd like to find my own and then bill them?!). Apparently the constant lying was MY fault for asking what the hell was going on too often (yep, REALLY).
A month and a half later and I'm still waiting for a copy of a recorded "customer service" call which involved my wife being shouted at and insulted.
I wouldn't ask this lot to change a bulb in future, even the one star is too generous.
Adendum: Thanks for the reply Concorde. Have now asked AGAIN. Did you really think that I didn't ask to begin with?
And finally... Have given up asking for the recording after constantly being ignored. Not that I am suggesting that this is because they are embarrassed by their shameful service- I'm sure it's just a repeated oversight. Yes?
Addendum: FINALLY have access to the recording of the phone call after TWO MONTHS. The operator spoke over my wife and refused to allow her to properly voice her concerns. Concorde still appear to take no responsibility.
