I wish I never worked there. The place and management were diabolical forced to do things if you didn't you were told your going to be sacked and ill see you in court. Absolute cons. Really felt sorry for customers tried to give our best as technicans but constantly being knocked down. Payday came around wages would take a few days to come through. Took holiday payday came around didn't get payed until 10 days later. Finally went through a small claims court for outstanding wages which I won then to find out they had ceased trading. Worst 2 years of my life trying to provide for my family and you took that away from me. Thieving cons. Technician's wanted to get cars in and get the work done and back to the customers as you would expect but again they never wanted to pay part suppliers which there accounts were always on stop which meant customers were never there priorities they were there to just take your money.
3 year old tyre
I had always received polite and efficient service from the Concorde staff.
There is however, one thing I am querying and that is why was a three year old tyre fitted on my vehicle in May 2018. I only found this out yesterday when I went to another garage to have that tyre replaced due to no tread and was advised of the 4 digits on the existing tyre which shows the week and year. In 'n Out have messaged me to let me know that they may not be able to give a reason as Concorde no longer exist. All I want is an explanation as to why they did this.

Hi took my Peugeot 206 in for November 2017 for a clutch replacement and mot car was in garage 6 weeks as they said cable had shaped said thay tried to get a cable but no one could get one to fit told to scrap car I asked for cash back but they said clutch was fitted and that they had to pay for labour after a lot on to and trow got some of cash back for unetted cable and a 20 pound voucher to use in future lol got scrap man to pick it up he said he would look at car he fitted new cable and put it throw mot hope you sacked all those that worked there as mud sticks

They are exactly the same company, just a name change to try and hide their diabolical reviews.

They had my working taxi for 2 years
They had my working taxi for 2 years . The first engine they replaced blew up due to shoddy workmanship . When I went to collect it the Turbo blew up....They cause problems which you then have to pay for....always money upfront whuch I now know is because they owed suppliers who wouldn't supply them. There's not enough space to relate the catalogue of disaster . Just as I was going to court for loss of earnings etc they went into administration....read all the reviews here they tell the same sorry tale. I hope they are not goung to start over with a new name to avoid their debts. It should not be allowed. Rogue Traders look tame compared to them
I'm a ordinary person trying to make a living and they denied me that and have almost brought me to the brink of bankruptcy

lost alternator, no car for 12 days
I currently have my car in Wisbech Concorde, it has been in the garage for 12 days waiting for an alternator, which still has not been delivered by the inefficient company that supplies Concorde! I have not been offered a courtesy car, I have 4 children, self employed and no car, I would have thought the delivery would have been expressed or fast delivery so my car could be back on the road, instead Concorde staff do not know where it is as the suppliers have not tracked the alternator correctly, I ve tried complaining by email to head office, but your cut off on so many words, no direct number to management, its disgraceful, and still I have no car, no knew alternator, and if I have my old alternator if it was reconditioned they said that would take another week, what a joke! no way would I now trust my old alternator to be sent off to the mediocre suppliers that have lost a brand new alternator in the post, I'm in the twilight zone with this no one will take responsibility, no one is sorting the problem you as a company are running a poor inefficient service to me the customer and many more I'm sure, I want compensation for not having a car for 12 days considering the alternator only takes an hour and 30 minutes to be fitted , I want your suppliers to be accountable for how useless they are and making Concorde look a load of crap! my next step will be writing to trading standards, I expect a response promptly and then my next step will be writing to my local paper which hopefully show and tell what a rubbish service your providing! the only positive is that the staff that I have dealt with at Concorde at Wisbech have at least been polite, and tried to find the alternator , but your suppliers are a waste of space!, very disgruntled customer, Ms G Searle .

I can see now clearly what has happen…
I can see now clearly what has happen with this company. I have used them for over one year (two cars mine and my wife's). The latest shock was when i call to book an appointment because the engine light came on my dash board, moment when i was told company went to administration. In April instead to keep my car for replacing a brand new EGR valve for 5 hours they kept it for 4 days, when i paid 645£. Last week I had a diagnostic from a different company and they found fault at the EGR valve! WOW! That was shocking! I cant believe in 2018 in England there are people like this! Shame! Shame! Shame!!!

Like everyone has said they expect you to pay upfront for non existent work better yet that actually damaged my car prior to going into administration...
Would not be surprised if this "new company" has the same people running it. That makes the company go bust every couple of years to scam peoples money.

Dishonest and incompetent
As others have said, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. Concorde are both dishonest and incompetent. As other have noted, they have recently been bought out by another company (now In n Out T/A Concorde Auto), who are seemingly now refusing to honour existing work which has already been paid for! Simply shocking service. I fear that the new company won't last any longer than Concorde did.

These guys are well trained thieves
These guys are well trained thieves (especially Sam.Cooke), they are experts in cheating people who are desperate to fix their cars. First they ask for Infront payments to book your car for repairs or service and later when the time comes to fix they say they are running with low staff and offer you a refund which you will never get.
I have booked my car on 26th June for full service and engine diagnosis for 200£'s and left my car in the garage on agreed date and time. At the end of day they didn't even touch my car and promised me a refund for which I'm still waiting, I called the customer care and they keep saying that the company was bought by someone else and the refunds will be processed in next two days, so far it's been two weeks.
I strongly warn you guys to keep away from this garage as far as you can.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and trading services to take action against this company so called CONCORDE.

Do not hire any vehicles from this company. Hired a van from them three weeks ago and they have not paid back my deposit of £250.00 despite numerous calls. They are now claiming they have been "bought out" and dont have any intention of paying me back.

13 weeks for a refund I've still not received
Car was in for work for a single day, Concorde ended up having it for a week, they agreed to refund me the cost of a hire car for the time because they had no courtesey car and a hire car was cheaper than taxi or train due to the journey I travel to and from work.
I have now been waiting 13 weeks for the refund that I was promised to cover this. I have been into the branch twice and phoned 5 times, with every phone call I've been promised a call back and had none.
I would currently avoid these guys who appear to be in the business for nothing but the money.
I will happily provide an updated review on the delivery of the refund I am waiting for.

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT! GO TO THE COUNCIL MOT INSTEAD (OXFORD
Please do yourself a favour and avoid the OXFORD garage.. If you do go ahead and get ripped off like everyone else then call trading standards for advice.
First of all I was shocked to learn I had to pay upfront for a service and mot. I paid and took the car for mot and service anyhow.. I waited three hours until it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was informed they had not done the service and I asked for the money to be refunded as I had booked them together to avoid losing another days wages. The car failed the mot. I didn't feel like i was in good hands at that branch and got someone else to carry out the work. He informed me that the reverse light was full up with water and the bulb had blown. This obviously should have been identified as a fail. Had they even carried out a full mot? Maybe they were keeping the fault quiet so they could fail me a second time like so many of the reviewers had remarked? By then I had lost any confidence I had in the garage and didn't return for the free retest and paid £60 for a new mot at the council mot as I didn't know if Concorde Oxford had done a full mot.. I had no response at all from the accounts department so contacted trading standards for advice and after informing the garage I had done so after nearly two weeks of calling and asking where my refund was and getting nowhere, I immediately had a guy phone and say he would reimburse to my card for the service I never received.
All in all.
I have received a useless mot and paid £60 for a new one.
I have had to wait three weeks for them to reimburse the money I should never paid upfront for the service that was not carried out.
I lost a days wages.
I only hope you don't make the mistake I did in trying this garage.

They are shocking still waiting for a response and a refund Peterborough branch steer clear do not ever go there

Had to cancel appointment due to them ordering the wrong tyre.
Then took 6 weeks to arrange refund for my payment. Only after threatening legal action did anything get done
Never apologised once
Rude and unhelpful on telephone
Avoid at all costs. Check companies house they are about to go bust it seems

RACIST ! I wouldn't bother. Awful service and the staff would be better suited as prison guards. Don't know if they are racist cause I am Romanian or if that's the way they talk with all their costumers but I would AVOID !!!!!
Should have returned the van at 8. was 30 minutes late and was told I need to pay another day of hire but can't keep the vad and that there is nothing I can do about it. The lady who recommended herself as the branch manager could only show me the TC that stated that you should bring back the van on the same date, there was nothing mentioned there about having to pay another day rent or not being allowed to actually keep the van for another day. I just wouldn't bother. This is not my first bad experience with them but I don't learn fast . If you have a choice, don't go for Concorde Auto Centre. They are not worth your time or money.
Happy with the MOT @ Cambridge autocentre
I was quite happy with the service i got with my car's MOT. Its was good value to book online. Arrived at the place 10 minutes before, left the key and was back 1 hour later. It was all done. I could even see my car from the waiting room and catch up on the world cup with the free Wi-Fi. All in all, i am happy to recommend the auto center in Cambridge for an MOT.

They did just MOT and they lied to me about the service being done when I collected the car.
At first, my Saturday appointment was cancelled, then I had to come during the weekday, even if I said before I booked Saturday's appointment that to come during my working hours is inconvenient for me. They didn't care about how I will get to work, no courtesy car was offered to me. I wanted to cancel it, but the money were taken from my account two weeks in advance(?!), so it was payed already. Even the fact that you take money in advance is ridiculous.
I left the car for a whole day in the garage and in the evening I collected it, at agreed time. At home I checked the paperwork, and it was incomplete, no names, no signatures, no stamp, my name was wrong, date incorrect, no data about what has been done and fitted etc, just a health check paperwork... So I checked the car and found out that the hood wasn't opened for a long time, as it was full of leaves and spider webs, no sign of any touch... I went back to garage next morning, to ask about it and also I wanted signed paperwork with full names and confirmation that the job I ordered and payed for was done. They said they can't do it right now and they need time to sort it out. They also said that it's not their job to remove spider webs! Interesting how they can do the job on the car through spider webs...
So, I came back after work again and they told me that the car was given to me by mistake with no work carried out! What a joke! I came to pick up my car at agreed time, at end of the day and the car supposed to be done...
And the arrogance of the sales guy was ridiculous.
He also refused to give me a proof that I will be refunded!
He refused to give me name of the technician, he lied into my face that "L.M.AU" which was written in paperwork stands for L.M. as his forenames and AU is his surname! Seriously?! Do they really think that we all are idiots?
I wasn't only unhappy customer, the guy who came after me said he gave them his car for the last time as he had problems with them too.
How many people paying money and getting back a car with no service done?!
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE WITH A CAR SERVICE COMPANY EVER!
