Excellent local, friendly, OH service
Rachel and her team have been fantastic in supporting us with our OH requirements.We were searching for a local OH provider and seen Rachel advertise on Linkedin and glad we picked up the phone. The service has been quick, straight forward and the reports have been detailed. Looking forward to working with Rachel and the team more to support our employees.

Rachel was informative non judgmental and totally professional in the consultation. Very knowledgeable and a calming demeanour. Explained everything so there was no grey areas or confusion.

Fantastic service
I was recommended Concept's services by another business who had a very positive experience, and I am delighted that I was, as Rachel and her team have been fantastic in supporting us with our OH requirements. The service has been straight forward, and advice has been easy to understand. It also helps that everyone is lovely, and very approachable. Fantastic service
I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience of Rachel and the team at Concept Occupational Health. We recently teamed up with them for our health surveillance program, and it’s been a fantastic experience.
Right from the start, the team was very friendly and helpful, which made scheduling appointments a breeze. They were really flexible, accommodating last-minute changes, which was a lifesaver for our busy business.
I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism and how much attention they gave to our employees. They took the time to address all our concerns and offered great insights on how we can better support our team.
The service was seamless, and we received reports quickly. Whenever we had questions about the results, they were thorough in their explanations and followed up as needed.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend Concept Occupational Health if you’re looking for a reliable partner for your occupational health needs. They’ve made a positive impact on our team, and we’re excited to keep working with them in the future!
