More than 2 months on and no response to emails and no chairs delivered. This has to be a scam.

Not happy with services ordered over a mounth ago DHL said parcel was on the way then the same day said it won't be ,heard nothing since so I guess it's my job to find out there it might be ,won't be buying on here again any time soon

Having read the not so good reviews, I still decided to place an order as they had exactly the product I was after at a very good price. I ordered 3 chairs, which arrived two weeks later. The chairs are fine, lightweight and aluminium for use on a boat. In the month since receiving them I have not received any extra bills for tax, customs etc. However the box was very poorly labelled, and I wonder if this is at the root of many of the delivery problems people have experienced. It only reached me via the tracking number as the actual address label had fallen off. Maybe if Compass 24 fixed this problem they would get better reviews.

Item not delivered

Since making my original review Compass24 contacted myself. They apologised for the late replies but they were dealing with DHL & trying to rectify the problem before giving me any answers. The fault was due to DHL/import paper work. Thank you to Jorg @ Compass24 who corrected the problem and helped with the delivery of my items.
**I have emailed Compass 24 on 3 occasions. The first was through their contact form, the other times was to various email addresses given to me by a lady at customer service who told me in her very good English that she couldn’t help me as she doesn’t speak English! Tried calling again by my daughter who speaks very good German, but no one answered the telephone. Still have not received answers to my emails after a week!

Excellent service. Arrived very promptly. Would have given 5 stars if they had let me know when the items had been despatched.

Venditore che manca di professionalità e serietà verso gli acquirenti, triste trattativa di un prodotto ordinato e pagato anticipatamente in data 14 agosto mai spedito, dopo richiesta di tracciabilità il 22 agosto, rimborsata la cifra da me spesa il 24 agosto, con nessuna comunicazione che giustifichi il fatto. Rimarco ancora che non è questa la serietà e la forma di vendita che si deve dare ad un acquirente, con questo venditore ho perso solo del tempo, oltre al danno morale di un compratore che si è fidato di compass24, mai più!

Except for some early email communication disruption I am hugely impressed with Compass24 and their service. The product is totally as expected and is already in use and achieving the benefits to us that we had hoped.

They canceled my first and last order . Saying that it was to big to be delivered in Italy

Ich kann mich den 30% schlechtester Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Anrufe werden von einem absolut unmöglichen Callcenter in Greifswald (Fa. fonetix) abgewickelt. Hier weiß man noch nach alter Ostmanier, dass Kunden nur den Ablauf stören und man sich nicht um diese bemühen muss. Man legt auch gerne mal auf. Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten, DHL-Trackingnummern gibt es nicht, Emails werden nicht beantwortet.
Wer sich ärgern möchte bestellt hier. Und wir werden die Bestellung stornieren, wenn sich in 24h niemand qualifiziert zurückmeldet und die Bestellung auch in der angegebenen Zeit - also diese Woche - vollständig ankommt.
Und das beste kommt noch: die Greifswader-Hotline weiß nicht mal wie man storniert, denn dies liegt nicht in ihrem Kompetenzbereich (Zitat). Auch die Website erlaubt keine Stornierung - so storniert wohl demnächst PayPal mit Käuferschutz.

Hier drunter erscheint wahrscheinlich gleich der Standard-Texblock des Unternehmes. Man ist gespannt.

Dreadful - very misleading.
Seem to be taking money and holding onto it for as long as possible ( 15 days) perhaps in order to finance the company.
This company maintain a website that appears to supply from the UK.
It is not in the UK.

I should have read the reviews! I thought it was strange how they could beat all other retailers on price, anyway everthing I ordered came and all was good, .... until a week later when I was sent the customers import tax invoice! This should be clearly explained!

Purchased an origo type spirit stove from this company, and had no problems at all. Ordered on the 18th and delivered on the 24th. No other charges incurred. Did worry as read reviews after I made the purchase, but I had no trouble at all. I will have no concern to use Compass24 again. Stove is great and came with instructions etc in English. No issues at all.

I ordered new fender baskets from the website and from the pictures they looked more substantial than those usually available which I wanted. However, upon delivery they were much lighter and the size was not correct. But I have to compliment Compass24 on their customer service. Free return service to Germany from the UK was a definite bonus and my refund was in my account once they had arrived back with the company. I would use them again, but possibly get some more product information first.

Placed my order June 13th. No delivery details/times on the website or on the receipt. No delivery details still by 16th. E mailed the customer services on 16th asking fir delivery details as the order is important and needed quite quickly. No answer. E mailed again 17th. Again still no delivery details have been sent to me. I have ordered and paid for my order. I expect better service than this.

Didn’t appear to be any tracking facilities for the order .
Would like the option to purchase a larger size (gallon) of the product.
Shipping cost to the UK made the product much more expensive

I ordered a WInchrite on 19 May. They sent it via DHL on 24 May, (not too bad).. But DHL lost the parcel.
DHL have now admitted to losing the parcel, but contacting any real people in Compass is a nightmare.
The available telephone number is incomplete. ! But I think +49 2593915239 works..
I have been advised that using the compass24.de email might be better, and at least this has now got me a standard automated reply, so I now know they have received my emails.
I also wish I had read these reviews earlier!

I stupidly did not check the reviews before I ordered.
They offered a discount coupon which never arrived.
They replaced the coupon with a promise of free shipping to be reimbursed after payment.
…of course it never happened.
Poor communication and no reliability.
