Absolutely disgustingly shocking company, and even worse customer service! booked online no one answered my calls all day, when someone finally did they were rude and I also noticed someone had changed my booking time as I got another email to confirm this! They denied changing it and refused to change it back to the time I had originally booked for, or even refund me! I then had to book with a different company last minute, and claim the money back from this cowboy company through my bank! Avoid using this company, I didn't notice all the bad reviews until after I had booked either.

SC parking returned my car after one day covered in dirt inside and out and with damage to my door. Made a complaint to the compareyourparking and SC and have heard nothing back. I have chased constantly with no reply. It’s been 6 weeks. If they companies like these on there books I would avoid at all cost.

I booked a "Park & Ride" service through the Compare Your Parking website (Booking Ref: CYP-342951) with the service listed as Just Park & Ride / Park Pilot Ltd. After researching further, I discovered several severe operational facts that every driver needs to know before trusting them with a vehicle.
First, the actual location where cars are taken is New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham, CM22 6LL. This site is heavily documented by local authority enforcement notices as an unauthorized car park operating on open agricultural land. When I arrived in the area to investigate, local residents explicitly warned me not to park there due to severe security and damage risks.
One glance at the actual state of this unverified car park made me immediately decide to move on. It looked completely unsafe to leave a vehicle there. Because I had to walk away at the last minute, I had to drive straight to the official Stansted Airport car park. Since I could not pre-book ahead of time, the airport charged me full gate prices, which cost me just under £200 for a three-night stay. Despite the high emergency cost, it was a wise decision to protect my vehicle.
Second, the booking platform uses completely fabricated customer testimonials. If you look closely at the reviews on their homepage (e.g., from "Carry Bradshow"), the text is actually just Latin placeholder text ("Dignissimos asperiores vitae velit..."), proving the 5-star ratings are fake.
Third, they hide mandatory costs. The booking claims to be an all-inclusive quote, but hidden in the fine print is a mandatory £10 drop-off and £10 pick-up "Airport Levy Charge" that you are forced to pay on arrival.
I chose to forfeit my initial payment rather than risk leaving my car at this location. Avoid this operation entirely and book directly with official airport parking or Park Mark accredited providers instead.

Booked through compare your parking for Stansted airport SPS meet greet for 4 nights, was met by man no badge no proof of who he was just asked for key and £13 exit fee on returned phoned company said 30/40 mins after waiting 20 mins received a call saying car was already there key was on front tyre it was covered in mod all down side car mud all over inside of car I phoned and told them were not interested then had to pay £21 exit fee I messed up big time booking through this company usually book through holiday extra and will be doing again in future I strongly advise not to use compare your parking

I would give this 0 star if this was possible , best way to put it this is a scam , bought parking today for 14 days ahead and after few minutes decided to cancel it and they took off me £20 pounds admin fee even though I bought additional and paid more of course cancellation cover , never ever book trough this websites.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. DO NOT USE them. I used them at Bristol airport and ended up having to pay 2 x Bristol fines in addition to the parking fees. They are an absolute disgrace of a company and should be struck off. Kept us waiting for over an hour at each end, when it was supposed to be meet and greet. Am in the process of liasing with compare your parking .com as they should not be on their website.

These guys are crooks. I booked an airport car park with them today. There is very little information on the web site as to the specifics of the booking you are making. After I had paid, I was advised in the confirmation email that the carpark is a public carpark and that there is an additional fee of £20 for entry to the airport. Neither were clear before booking.
I immediately phoned and asked for a refund. I was told to ask via the web site and that the £20 cancellation fee was payable.

DON'T USE THESE GUYS

I was sent incorrect directions to the parking and ended up with a parking fine. Compare your parking have had no interest in supporting or helping with the situation. You can’t run a comparison site and abdicate responsibility for those companies that you allow to use your site. I did nothing wrong and the comparison site haven’t even had the decency to reply to my emails. Absolutely avoid.

I booked airport parking, 2 hrs later I realised I booked with wrong dates. The parking was 5 weeks in advance. I cancelled the booking 2 hrs later the same day, I have been charged a cancellation fee, I emailed if it can be refunded as it was done on the same day, they answered 7 days later with an email full of spelling mistakes advising if there is a refund it will take 5-6 weeks. I answered again the same copy and pasted email reply was sent to me. Please do not bother with them, the level of customer service is shocking.Waste of money.

They’re selling tickets for a meet-and-greet at Heathrow’s short-stay car park, even though the short-stay car park hasn’t been open for a year. They send instructions to drive to the short-stay car park, and then it’s a nightmare because the car park isn’t open and they didn’t tell me I was actually supposed to go to the long-stay car park. On my return, I had to wait an hour at the long-stay car park for them to return my car. This isn’t a ‘meet and greet’ service – it’s better value for money to book the long-stay option.

I had to wait 40 mins upon my return to the airport for them to bring my car back. Both front seats were laid back. The mileage used was 70 miles when the car park is only 10 miles away. Found a kids book in the back of my car that does not belong to any of my family. Someone obviously used my car when i was on holiday. AVOID GLD1 TRADING LTD AT ALL COSTS

I would strongly urge anyone considering booking holiday parking through this comparison website to carry out their own checks before proceeding. Our experience has raised serious concerns about the level of due diligence and vetting undertaken before parking providers are advertised to customers.

We selected GAPS Park and Ride through this comparison website because we reasonably assumed that a service listed and promoted through a holiday parking comparison platform had undergone some level of verification. Had we found the company independently, rather than through this website, we would not have chosen to use the service given the overwhelmingly poor reviews and concerns raised by previous customers.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely distressing and left us with significant concerns about both the condition and security of our vehicle.

After leaving our car with the parking provider, we returned to find that our vehicle had been subjected to a number of issues, including damage to the vehicle, a reduction in mileage, a factory reset of the in-car console and changes which left us concerned about the security of the vehicle. These are not minor inconveniences, particularly when you leave your car with a company while going away on holiday with the expectation that it will be safely stored and returned to you in the same condition.

What has been particularly frustrating is the lack of meaningful customer support following the incident. We have struggled to establish effective communication with either the parking provider or the comparison website. The email address provided through the comparison website for GAPS Park and Ride does not appear to work, making it extremely difficult even to contact the company to raise concerns or seek an explanation.

This has left us in an incredibly frustrating position: we have returned from our holiday with a damaged vehicle and other concerns regarding what happened to it while it was in the care of the parking provider, yet there appears to be no effective customer service route through which to resolve the matter.

I am particularly concerned that the comparison website appears to have listed this provider despite the substantial negative feedback that can be found about the service. I appreciate that comparison websites may not be responsible for the actions of every individual provider they advertise, but customers are entitled to expect a reasonable level of due diligence when a service is presented to them through an established comparison platform.

There are also circumstances surrounding GAPS Park and Ride that have caused us to question whether the operation is appropriately authorised and compliant. I cannot independently verify this, so I would encourage the comparison website to investigate these concerns rather than simply dismissing them.

Ultimately, my concern is that the comparison website gave us confidence in a provider that, based on our experience, did not warrant that confidence. If a comparison platform is going to advertise and facilitate bookings with third-party parking operators, I believe there should be robust checks in place to establish that those businesses are legitimate, appropriately insured and suitable to be recommended to members of the public.

I would have expected considerably more assistance from the comparison website given that we selected this provider through their platform. At present, we have been left dealing with the consequences ourselves, with very little meaningful support.

Customers should therefore exercise considerable caution and conduct their own research before booking a parking provider through this website. In our case, the fact that GAPS Park and Ride was available through the comparison site gave us reassurance that, in hindsight, was not justified.

I would, however, be open to hearing from the comparison website directly if they are prepared to properly investigate what happened, assist us with the issues we have experienced and explain what checks were undertaken before GAPS Park and Ride was offered to customers through their platform.

This review reflects our personal experience and the concerns arising from it.

Scam! We purchased what we thought was a legit 4* parking experience. What you actually get is completely random. We ended up with an extremely poorly rated parking company with 2.5* rating on google. Its a shady business you are running here.

Absolutely disgusting company, scammers! Stay away. Hidden fees, cancelations are imposibble, never again, i should have read the reviews before purchasing. This company needs to be reported to fraud authorities

SC Parking Limited – Stansted Airport - Booked through Go Compare Your Parking

We wrote a long review for SC Parking Limited booked through Go Compare Your Parking. We are not going to rehash that here, other than to say that we will never use either company again.

SC Parking Limited were beyond poor and we feel that Go Compare Your Parking do not appear to vet the companies they recommend, which reflects very badly on them as well.

With the benefit of hindsight, we can see that the reason for the cheaper price is utterly poor level of due diligence on who is recommended.

3 weeks on - still chasing for the refund.

Shocking - avoid at all costs. Paid for meet and greet and despite calling when 30 minutes out, there was no one to meet or greet me! Called 3 more times in the car park and was told 5 mins away each time. After nearly an hour of waiting I paid to park with another company. Still chasing my money to be refunded without joy.

Was subsequently asked by the company who we booked through to remove this review as they were blaming the provider (who they use and chose to partner with). However, still yet to hear back from their selected partner and still no sign of a refund. For information, I paid Compare your Parking and have a contract with Compare your Parking therefore I expect Compare your Parking to resolve this issue on my behalf not pass the buck based on their partner selection.

“S C Parking Limited – Prime Meet & Greet”

50-minute wait for our car at Stansted

We booked Prime Meet & Greet through Compare Your Parking; the provider on our confirmation was S C Parking Limited. On 23 September, we called at 1:58 pm to arrange collection, but our car did not arrive until about 2:48 pm. We waited 50 minutes and received no apology. Very disappointing for a Meet & Greet service.

NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

They list different park and ride companies and rank them as 5/5 stars, despite their being no transparent route for how these ratings have been achieved. They bring about hidden fees.

The company I used "SPS PARK N RIDE" Stansted contained hidden feeds about transfer to the airport of £20 per person which was only disclosed after payment was made for the parking. As well as this, the driver was constantly texting on his phone while driving and was driving way over the speed limit.
