Cannot speak highly enough of this company. This will be our third car from compact cars. Luis was excellent from the get go, careful to listen to what I needed, budget etc, walked me through various options. He was knowledgeable, polite, good humoured, calm, professional and I felt that he was really there to help and be an asset in getting me the ‘right’ car rather than push me into some expensive sales pitch. None of that. Both he and Micheal couldn’t have been more helpful throughout and the whole process was seamless with wonderful communication at every stage. Love the new car and would recommend compact cars in a heart beat. Thank you. Nicci

Excellent service from these guys when I bought my Caddy, totally honest and straight up and gave me a great deal. Van was spotless, clean and ready to go. Would definitely deal with these guys again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or van.

Went to compact cars, Mike was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I want and need.. as a result I very quickly made a decision and in less than a week I was picking up my new car.
car had been inspected and valeted before pick up day, mot completed and even new tyres and brakes…👍
Great customer service, no pressure to buy, talked through every step all the way down to the small print 🙃 and even a little surprise thrown in for my boys ⚽️

The whole process was painless
The whole process was painless. Everything was explained every step of the way. The dealership makes sure your car leaves the forecourt with a brand new MOT and they also fix any advisories that may be present. Plus you get a full inspection on the car, plus a service with dealer stamp, plus you get 12 months AA membership for free.
Louis kept in contact with me throughout, despite me writing down my phone number wrong 🙈, he went out of his way to try and contact me to keep me informed rather than just waiting for me to ring in. He also managed to get the car through the inspection and MOT very quickly for us considering there were 2 bank holidays getting in the way.
The prices on their cars are comparable to others in the area, but the new MOT with no advisories and the free AA membership and service is great added value. And they will also change the timing belt on the used car if it is due in the near future according to the service schedule or if it looks worn (I think Louis said every used car qualifies for that but double check of course).
All round great service and a fairly priced car with the benefit of some bonus goodies thrown on top. Highly recommended.
