We have been thinking about, and looking for a motorhome for us to enjoy. So we went 'for a look' to Timberland Motorhomes, and by gum!! What a quality, and professional set up! Mark Allen, approached us, we explained we were only looking, and he pointed us to the direction of variously sized, and priced,motorhomes. 'They are all unlocked, please feel free to bowse, I'm about if i can help you, to answer any questions you have, just call me over'....... we were like kids in a candy store... we duly looked, asked questions, and Mark was happy to answer them all. No sales patter, no pressure, his genuine enthusiasm for campers obvious. We asked him to do some ' number crunching' and we followed him into the show room. Very professional, very clean and tidy and spacious!! We had our dachshound pup with us, and he was duly given doggy treats and water! NOT that that little touch sold the deal, Mark did!! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and as we were looking to finance, he went through very many options available to us, and we BOUGHT!! Not bad for 'just a run out and to look'!! As i mentioned previously, we have been 'trawling' motorhome showrooms.......Timberland Motorhomes stood out to us as far more professional, with motorhomes to suit any need and affordablility..... with NO pressure, or the pre rehearsed sales patter, they were realistic and above all approachable. We take ownership of our Peugeot Bailey Motorhome in two weeks time..... then our adventures begin! Many congratulations Timberland Motorhomes..... you're doing a great job with A) employing Mark and B) in providing excellent service!! 10/10 from us!!

When we first arrived Mark approached us and asked what we were after. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the motorhome we were interested in. He was very helpful with the information about the motorhome we asked him. Julian was also very knowledgeable about various equipment in the motorhome and Mark made the purchase quite simple. We decided to buy a vw t6 and found a hillside cromford on their website. When we got there we looked at it and decided it was what we wanted. We got the attention of a salesman called Julian and asked a few questions . He was easy to talk to and not pushy . I would definitely recommend timberland motorhomes

We are just in the process of purchasing a gorgeous VW campervan from Timberland Motorhomes. We chose it as the best fit for our circumstances with the help of Mark, one of the team members there. He was informative and patient with us, as we bombarded him with questions about the vehicles we were considering. Given that the van will come with a new MOT, a service (including the cambelt), a full habitation check, and an RAC warranty, we are very happy, and looking forward to many trips away in it. We can't say anything about the aftercare as we aren't collecting the van until Saturday, but fingers crossed, if we are unfortunate enough to need anything doing, I'm hoping the team will be just as helpful and efficient as they have been so far.

Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. Not pushy, gave us time to look around various motorhomes, go away to think about it and make our decision. Provided a lot of knowledge and insight to help us, as we are first time motorhome buyers. Would recommend. 

Great showroom, quality stock, Mark was great - very welcoming, knowledgeable and not pressurizing for a sale.

Having decided to change from a caravan to a motorhome, we have been to several dealers, scoured the Internet trying to find our 'ideal' motorhome, we called today at Timberland and found exactly what we wanted. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Mark was very informative and helpful throughout, we've have bought the van and can't wait for collection day!!!😊

I was just beginning to look for an upgrade for my motorhome, something a little smaller, I noticed they had a few available and as I was near I just dropped in to have a look. Julian met me and welcomed me, offering help and a drink while I browsed. Other members of staff came to check I was OK and offered drinks again. I had a chat with Julian and went away to think about what I had seen.
I made an appointment for later in the week to view and test drive the van I had chosen. This time I met Lee who was very helpful, again drinks were offered, family members had also come to view, all were made very welcome. I had a test drive with Lee, excellent help with facilities in the van. The business was easily and smoothly concluded, I will pick the van up after my own holiday at the end of July.
The whole experience was excellent, Julian and Lee could not have been more helpful, lovely atmosphere in the office, friendly staff, knowledgeable about the van, a truly 5* experience; thanks to all concerned. Well done.

Timberland have just bought my motorhome which was advertised for sale on Autotrader.

Mark called talked through the details and made an offer which we were happy with, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Their director Lee came the next day and after a quick look around the van the money was transferred and in my account within minutes. I was fully expecting this to be a scam and money to be tried to be knocked off once they came but not at all. Would recommend and use again. Faultless service especially after all the scam calls and emails I had been receiving trying to sell privately on Autotrader. If you are thinking of selling a van contact these first.

We went to buy our first motorhome and after looking at a few other sites we ended up going back to Timberland and we saw one and enquired about it, Mark was very helpful (and makes a nice cuppa) we took it for a test drive and can’t wait to start our travels in it.

great experience, Lee greeted us, we explained we were just window shopping, said to call him if we needed help and left us to look around, there was a good variety of campers in our price range so we were soon asking for help as we had found something we liked, he was extremely helpful we asked for a few changes which he straight away agreed to ,nothing seemed to be to much trouble .Brilliant Experience.

We purchased our first ever motor home in Nov 25, The team were brilliant, we had a few issues which are expected with this sort of unit but every time they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, Julian was excellent and always available, even on his holidays (sorry Julian)
We recently decided to upgrade as we wanted a slightly smaller unit, we’d been to Mull and it restricted our ability to visit some places.
We had a conversation with Mark in the sales team, and he went over and above for us to find a suitable vehicle that met our exact requirements. We couldn’t be happier.

Timberland have a customer for life in us; they have made the experience as stress free and enjoyable as it can be.

Avoid! Dealing with these are a nightmare. Broken promises, poor communication, pushy sales. Still have an unresolved issue with them from previous dealings. Go elsewhere

AVOID- Purchased our first and last motorhome. Problem after problem. Had to use solicitors to try and and get a refund as it broke down the day we purchased it. 2 years and 1 week later we received a very reduced refund. There tactics were to say we were sabotaging the vehicle. Maybe because we were female they stated we had put water in the diesel tank !! Even a woman knows where the water goes and where the water tank is. If you want to waste 40K and very expensive solicitors fees then visit Timberland, would be easier to just burn your money to keep warm.

We stopped by to have a look at some motorhomes,we found 3 we liked, and we were not preasured once into buying,Mark showed us round the vans and gave us some real good advice,couldnt fault him ,we would deffinately reccomend Timberland ,tjer staff are great and real friendly and helpful
