Consistent billing irregularities
I would give Comcast Business service 1 star but the only reason I am giving 2 stars overall is because their internet is fast.
I have been a Comcast Business customer for over a decade. I signed up for 300 MB speed internet for $109.95 per month. At this point in time, its excessively overpriced for the speed considering you can get 1 GB for less than what I pay for 300 MB. Two years ago, my monthly bill increased 2.5x. I called and found out my promotion ended. Fine. I asked if I could get the same rate and have them prorate the couple months that went over. They agreed, I signed up for 2 more years, and come to find out, I still had to pay the ~$600 in overages even after spending 6 hours on the phone with multiple reps. They straight up promised me something and lied to me. I paid them. I was happy paying my $109.95 per month for the service I was receiving. Prices should go down over time, not up. They shafted me and here I am, 2-years later, cancelling my service and sharing my negative experience with them. They could have kept receiving my $109.95 per month for many years instead of playing games. Now they are losing my monthly payment and receiving well deserved negative speech from me online. Comcast is among the worst companies I have worked with and I would highly recommend you not using them if you have the opportunity not to.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, the true meaning of vampires. They keep increasing the monthly fees with some bogus names and taxes, when you call they try to get you to sign up for more deals and promotions just to get you deeper and deeper with them. Simply because they know that zone is only covered by Comcast, so they will abuse it. If you have a choice any other choice do not sign up with Comcast, i hope they go bankrupt.
Worst company on the planet!
Literally the worst company on the planet. I pay for 300 speed, but they only deliver 100 wirelessly because their modems can't handle 300 (a rep told me that). I reached out to see if we can add somethings to make the service get to the level I need, but they don't send people out anymore so they just offered more speed (which they can't deliver). I want to give them more money, but they won't let me!
Just absolutely horrible customer…
Just absolutely horrible customer service experience. Instead of being able to reach a human I get stuck in a dead-end loop of an automated phone tree that requires lots of information to be entered just to 'verify' that you own the account, but no actual way to get anyone to help troubleshoot the account unless I agree to immediately re-boot my service - which I can not just do any time since it would shut down our business phones and internet. No way to reach someone to discuss that our speed test showed me we are getting about 50 MBPS today instead of the 300 MBPS that we are paying for.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME
Just spent 2-weeks trying to get Comcast Business to install internet service. Multiple appointments & phone calls later, NO ONE can figure out how to get it installed, answer simple questions (like next steps) or offer solutions. Multiple technicans and phone reps just keep passing you on to the next guy. Their automated phone system is the WORST and uses ancient technology.
Terrible automated system
Terrible automated system. Cannot speak to a live individual without jumping through hoops. Service is terrible nothing functions properly and always having to be reset. Constantly having to call customer service about billing issues or service issues. They are apps are terrible completely terrible! I don’t know who’s in charge of Comcast but they need to get it together.

Comcast SUCKS!
We use comcast for our phone system at our offices and have had nothing but problems. Three of our comcast desk phones just dropped dead during calls in 1 month. When getting them replaced under warranty they forgot to include shipping labels to return the broken phones, create ticket numbers for the replacement, or have the new phones setup before shipping them. We had to call back for each step of the process, and when we had to keep calling back they could not find the ticket number in their system for the issue since it was never created, which wasted a lot of our time as well. We had an issue with literally every step of getting them replaced that was caused entirely by comcasts employees complete incompetence. I can understand mistakes happen every once in awhile but this was far from an outlier, we consistently had issues with every single step of getting our phones replaced between many different calls and employees. It was not one person not knowing what they are doing, not one person at comcast did. This was all on top of having to replace the phones at all, they literally just died mid call. If something breaks I can understand that but I cannot understand how to botch the replacement process this much. This was far from the only issue we've had to call in about and its been the same awful experience each time. Their support is slow and ineffective, they clearly do not care about their customers or try to stand behind their products in the slightest. Now our phones are having an issue where 3-5 times a day they all shut off and say "line: unregistered" and drop all active calls, then come back 5-10 minutes later. We have called them about this several times because this is a major issue for all our calls to drop regularly, and their support has yet to give any resolution, anytime we call for an update we are told "Don't worry, we escalated your ticket, you will get an call from engineering within 8 hours to fix the issue" and we have never been called back. This is something that needs to be addressed as fast as possible, as this is causing major issues for our business which heavily relies on our phones. I understand they have a lot of customers and some wait is fine, but not hearing back for several days on such a big issue is just unacceptable. If you are thinking about using comcast, don't. All their software is extremely buggy and slow, their hardware randomly drops dead, and their customer support is worthless. I can't say I know a better alternative aside from just go anywhere else at all, it would be hard to have a worse experience then we've had with comcast. As someone who has had to waste a lot of time as a result of comcasts complete incompetence, please take your business anywhere else. Save yourself the time and hassle by going to literally any other company, it does not get any worse then comcast. To be put simply, comcast sucks.
These guys are pretty terrible
These guys are pretty terrible, do not reply to emails, disappear after making the sale. I have never seen a company try so hard to NOT get some extra business. The only upside is their actual product is pretty good in my area!

every time i call comcast to speak with an agent, i get the automated system, which is normal, but to get to the agent is almost impossible. i've complained in the past, but nothing seems to get done. i wish there were more choices out there. i would definitely dump this company i there were more choices.
RUN BY DECEPTION
I already had Internet service with them. Their salesperson called me and offered switching my phone service to Comcast. She said I would get a full featured line. Only to find out after talking me to sign the contract and after the installation that my phone line does not have Voicemail anymore. Because Full Feature according to Comcast does not have many features including voicemail that the sell separately. Their customer service personnel was rude and incapable to assist. Many hidden charges that show up after you sign the contract. I would not recommend Comcast at all and will stay away from them at the earliest option.
Changed my service location
Changed my service location in December 2016. am still being charge for the old account 3 months later. It is impossible to deal with them. They refuse to refund my money I over paid (We will send you a check) and cannot get my new account right either. Constantly shutting off my service for non payment of OLD account. Which I do not owe. They have shut off my service 5 times in 1 month. and I have to spend hours on the phone trying to explain what the problems are to 3 or 4 different people. Do not use Comcast business if you don't have to. They cannot get anything right. And absolutely will not call you back even if they say they will.
