They are the absolute worst
They are the absolute worst. For three straight weekends I have had my internet got out for hours in the evening. This time it dropped at 5:00 est and won’t be back up until 8:55pm because “a service interruption is in my area”.
This has been the norm for the passed three weeks. I have six months left on my contract and I’m going with Frontier. I have three neighbors that use them. It’s fiber lines to the house and they have not had any service interruptions in the two years they have been a customer. Screw Comcast from the bottom to the top.
Poor Internet for the Price
Comcast business unfortunately has a monopoly at 678 E. Vine street with all the businesses in Utah here. It's very unfortunate. I get a 15-20 second delay once an hour on Zoom calls. Can't get another provider no matter what I do. Very expensive and totally not worth it. But I don't have a choice.
unprofessional BUSINESS account manager
I'm writing to report unprofessional behavior from my assigned business account manager regarding our new internet service account. I have not even signed the contract yet.
Specifically:
1. Rude communication
2. Unable to provide explanation of services
3. Upon asking via email to make changes to the proposal - this was the account managers response: "Are there any other changes that she wants because she could have told me that on the phone when she requested the name correction. I can make all the changes at one time instead of bread crumbing.
After making numerous attempts to resolve this issue by calling comcast business and requesting a supervisor or manager and not receiving a response to solve the issue as I was forwarded to voicemail every time.
This level of service is not what we expect from a business account relationship.

They’re quick to sign you up for their Internet, but it takes 30 days to cancel your business Internet and on top of that they charge you the last month although you won’t be using the service. we had already moved from the location. We just haven’t had the time to give them a call and cancel it because why will we assume they take 30 days to cancel a service When they didn’t even run a new line or anything when we first signed up. It takez couple minutes to sign up for their Internet service, but 30 days to cancel it definitely bad business practice. stay away from this company. Had to cancel my service due to the business shutting down and was charged $35 for every month left on the contract. Thanks Comcast for adding on to my financial hardship.
They are criminals.
When my contract ran out they doubled my monthly bill. I was now paying $280 per month for low-speed internet for my business. I complained and they told me they would lower my bill if I signed a three-year contract. I declined and found an alternative. I canceled my service and gave a month notice and returned my equipment to their store.
My closing bill said I didn't give notice and they charged me a termination fee, charging me $580. I paid $200 and told them I had no contract. They said I did have a contract and I asked them to send me a copy. They never did, but sent me a bill for $280. I told them I would not pay it. They sent me to a collection agency. I told them I had not received proof of my contract. They said they would have comcast send me a copy of the contract. Comcast send me blank pages. I have now filed complaints with the FCC and the Public Utilities Commission. I told the collection agency that I was disputing the charge. Comcast's goal is to try to ruin your credit so that you will give in and just pay them. They won't answer the phones, and won't have a human call you, just robots.
They are criminals and should be shut down, but they pay off the politicians in cities to get monopolies.

Be aware before you sign up for this. I got transfer from previous owner, never got any mention about 30 day notice of cancellation. And now when I tried to disconnect (no contract), got extra month charge because of that. I am glad I switched.
Comcast Business MOBILE is HORRIBLE…
Comcast BUSINESS MOBILE service is the absolute worst cell phone provider experience I've ever had... 60min+ customer service wait times... no porting capability with their live agents...changing service level with them is INTENTIONALLY a nightmare..STAY AWAY
Deceptive and Unethical Company
Deceptive company with unethical practices. I have been paying over $500 a MONTH for home service described as "Comcast Business," which is ridiculously high. I have contacted Comcast Business SEVERAL TIMES and asked for a revision of contract and was promised a reduction to $300 a month, but it has never been activated. I am FED UP with this robbery. Comcast Business should be ashamed of their thievery and deceptive practices. NEXT STEP: Call an attorney to sue for breach of contract....
Horrible service and expensive
I normally would not do this but when a business tries to take advantage of a client, it drives me nuts. Comcast Business Internet is the worse. My contract was dated 10/10 and I have never had fast service. (They have been here at least 3 times). And it was very expensive. Over $150 a month. I tried to cancel today and they wanted to charge me a penalty since I was cancelling before 10/15. Again, contract dated 10/10. I will be calling back on 10/10.
Evil and incompetent
Sold my business end of August. Call Comcast to cancel and they told me to do a "transfer of financial responsibility" instead. It has been 3 weeks, and none of the reps are competent enough to get this done. Asked to close the account and they said that's 1 more month. Called comcast business to cancel my internet today and had the worst representative I have ever encountered by the name of Symone. She was rude and wouldn't let me talk. Kept interrupting me when I was talking. Then she tried to sneak in a 1 year contract on the phone line like I am some idiot that doesn't read. I called her out on her crap. Long story short, Comcast trains their reps to do this wrong doing to people. Pure evil. I will never go to comcast for any services ever again.
They will scam you when you close the account
Hello, I am very upset. I have used comcast business for over 6 years now. I was informed by the sales rep that I would not be charged an early termination fee if I moved to a location that was not supported by comcast. I moved to DE and had comcast business out to the location and they said they do not support the address. I retuned my modem and I called comcast business to inform them expecting a smooth process. Instead they refused to close my account and I am being charged an early termination fee of $560. I told them to pull up the phone conversation I had with the sales rep to show I was lied to. But they said they don't keep the records. As a long time customer I am very upset with the situation. I feel I was lied to and scammed. I purposely asked that question since I knew I would be moving soon. I never would have signed up for the service if they had told me the truth.
Do Not Recommend Xfinity Internet nor Comcast Business Mobile
Horrible Business and Customer service Thieves. Since May 27 2025 been ongoing to the point I had to cancel all my service and go to someone else.
CBM keep charging me $100 and never sent a billl as to what this is. Turned off my phone service so I had to pay it to get my phone back in order to port it over. I had an attorney request bills and they still have not sent a bill to justify this random $100 charge. I went out of the country and the Global pass was to be $30 plus tax. I end up with a bill for over $300. After going to BBB and having an attorney send a letter requesting they remove all my cards and send me paper bills and doing eBil through my bank THEY REFUSED all of it, they have no accountability, they feel they are above the law and still can operate stealing money from people without any written proof.
I hope there will be a class action lawsuit to stop them from tying contracts forcing customers to provide them with our personal or business bank account routing and checking and savings information or personal or business debit cards in exchange for doing business with them. Its our right to PRIVACY our RIGHT to choose the method ourselves of how we want to pay them. If my bank shows they do ebills then ebills must be accepted. They refused to accept ebills and the EBill amount throught my bank is not the same as what I show logging in and I mailed a payment in and they put it towards my Business Internet account instead of my Mobile PHone and now AGAIN saying I'm past due and still trying to charge the Closed Card on file and won't allow thsi card to be removed unless I ILLEGALLY give up my privacy rights and give them another Bank Routing number or Debit card. This company has misrepresetned themselves to the highest level of RICO. I have a right to privacy, no bills to my email, no bills to my home, just do business through my bank and that is my right.
Don't use them for Phone Service, Xfinity Internet , nor Business MObile service. its horrible.
