Unable to cancel service. Multiple technical issues, called to cancel service promised better service and lower monthly payments, signed new contract with new payment deal ut kept charging as before without improvement. Called multiple times again, told we are resolving issue in a week still no change.

Price keeps going up and no contract or discount offered
Insane lack of customer service. They admitted to me on the phone that after a contract ends, they continue to raise the prices until you call them. When our contract ended it went up from $155 to $175 and now to $205. I called to see why no one informed me that the contract was up and what they can do to get us a better price. They refused to give any credit and they refused to put us on a new contract with any discount unless we open a new phone line.
Comcast is horrible
Comcast is horrible, they are charging over 300 a month for just Internet. They made a mistake on my account and will not correct it, and charged 1200.00 because of there mistake. And now there are charging me over 300.00 a month for there mistake. Avoid them at all costs. They junk. Customer service is a joke.
We have had ~8 outages in 6 weeks…
We have had ~8 outages in 6 weeks lasting 2-6 hours. We have lost thousands and thousands of dollars and I have just wasted 3 hours of my life trying to speak with someone to get help. The response varies from it's your equipment (I've been notified each time it's a system-wide outage from the network not my equipment) to let me transfer you do a different departmetn. I've been transferred around about 10 times with no help. Do not sign a contract with them. You will 1) not get the support as a business that you need and 2) potentially lose so much money because of reliability.

I have called them 10 times this month alone- each time spending over 1 hour on the call. I switched the Comcast business because I was told I would have a dedicated rep. Not true. Rep never responds nor calls back. Only chain emails with “ how am I doing” NOT WELL! I’ve been overcharged again for Comcast voice which I never signed up for. Last call was “ I’m not sure why it keeps being added but it shouldn’t be on there and your bill would be corrected” NOPE. Called two days ago and told again “ your bill will be corrected to around $80 to the amount it should be yet charged $140. Outrageous lot poor customer service. Loyal member for over 5 years. Calling AT&T tomorrow
Horrible Comcast business account…
Horrible Comcast business account customer service. Very difficult to cancel service, then they continue to send monthly bills. No one takes responsibility to correct the issue they just bounce you to other people and after 35 minutes of hold time you just give up. I have been dealing with this for 3 months.
Long wait
Long wait, just wanted to downgrade speed to reduce my bill. Bait and switch tactics for an hour offering stuff I don’t want and hiding it in the fine print. No cancellation fees except whatever it was they were trying to give you came with a hefty price tag. I should be able to downgrade my speed and bill with ease vs. the run around. It is sad how they try to trick you. If you aren’t paying attention it will bite you later. “Free inside camera” or “free Kwikset”. I just want a lower speed with a lower bill. They advertise $50 a month for 1 gig and then all of a sudden your not eligible???
Company from HELL!
This has to been one of the worst businesses I've ever had to deal with. I've spent hours on the phone trying to deal with early terminations fees for three of my business because when I called to cancel because the signal was terrible, they told me an upgrade would take care of the problem. When it didn't improve it at all I canceled it! Now they are charging me 1,960.00 in early termination fees for canceling the service they told me would fix the problem, which it didn't help at all!
I had a 24-month contract with Comcast…
I had a 24-month contract with Comcast Business. When I transferred my service to a different suite within the same building, I was asked to sign a document by the technician. I was never informed that this signature was for a new contract.
Later, when I attempted to cancel my service after my business closed, I was told that I had been placed into a 36-month contract, which was never disclosed or explained to me. The only contract visible in my account is my original 24-month agreement.
Any copy of the alleged 36-month contract was sent by email after the service transfer, and I reasonably believed it was related to my existing service, not a new long-term agreement.
I am disputing this matter due to lack of informed consent and deceptive disclosure, and I have already filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend Comcast Business.

Lied to me, told me that if I moved there would be no cancellation fee, then proceeded to charge me for the remaining contract term, garbage company, money driven. AVOID

Do yourself a favor and trust the reviews here, look elsewhere for internet.
I’ve had them for years, and I have basically never had a good experience. Their internet is inferior to their competitors in speed - specifically upload speed when it is literally 30x slower - and when your contract ends they double your rate to get you to sign a new contract. I wasn’t sure if I was staying in my lease so I could start a new one and they extracted double from me for several months, then when I signed my new lease and wanted to make a new agreement with Comcast they would not work out anything out for a deal on my double rate and my new rate was $100/month more than my old one for the exact same service. They’re a terrible company that squeezes small business owners for every penny. I spit on this company.

Hi there I'm going to be honest after being in business with these guys business Comcast seven years almost.
November 7th 2025 I was having my internet shut down to The idiot only shut the phone off on the 7th of November.
I was still getting billed.
The billing quit and the internet was finally shut off on the 26th of December lol
The whole time I was trying to go to Xfinity from business and they just kept running me around and around and around and around and around and around.
I spent a total of about (14.5 HOURS ON THE PHONE from November 7th 2025 to basically January 3rd 2026) however many days that is I don't even care.
So my whole thing was FULL OF DISGUST DO NOT LIKE THIS AT ALL.
So I ended up instead of leaving I was trying to go to Xfinity and they wouldn't change it however T-Mobile would and AT&T but I was trying to save my $900 early termination fee holy s*** that didn't happen.
Trenton White and executive with business Comcast did absolutely no good for me wasted my time like I say at least 62 64 days 14 and 1/2 on phone between this that and the other every time transfer transfer transfer..
Long story short I am going to get AT&T internet air because they don't offer 5G except with the air that they offer so that's where I'm going with.
My business did bad they're aware of this and I couldn't afford the $300 a month for internet which is crazy in the first place like I'm rich lol
I got zero help and disappointment from business Comcast even after 7 years of faithful every month putting up with their raises and their fees and they're okay internet it wasn't fantastic anyway but it was 5G.
Now my new AT&T is also 5G at 60 bucks a month and I absolutely need that and appreciate that at this time.
You would think with the economy the way it is the world the way it is they would be nicer about that $900 early termination fee because my business did really crappy and I can't afford to pay it?
BUT NO EXECUTIVE TRENTON WHITE WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THE 14 HOURS AND A HALF I PUT ON THE PHONE.

Where to even start…I will say that Comcast and xfinity (even though being bought out) are not remotely the same company and operate completely separate. I have 5 accounts with the two companies because of business and person. I have literally been on hold, between both entities, and talked to representatives that have no clue as to what they are doing for about 24hrs total. Yea— this is over a couple of years, but I have lost an entire day of my life. I have screenshots to prove. I would never have both business and personal (even though that is a separate credit card). I would also not go with xfinity because my son got a new phone and we sat through 2 Shrek movies in the background before we got out of there. I literally have no idea how such poorly run companies are in business. I just don’t have the bandwidth to sue, but it would be justified.

Monopolies ALWAYS have horrible customer service ...America is being fleeced by these large monopolies ..Called to disconnect and it took 20 minutes they kept on asking irrelevant questions ....trying to get more personal information out of me when I refused to answer some the (inner city) customer service rep started losing her temper ...she does not have the temperament for customer service......3-4 times she .repeatedly trying to delay the disconnect ..pathetic for such a large company ...MONOPOLIES SUCK!
