Quite a wait for the tub, a month more than advertised but this was late 2021 so not surprising. The tub was professionally installed onto the base I had prepared by two very polite and helpful delivery guys.
It did come with the wrong colour lid but I was told to fit the lid and the correct colour lid would be dropped off and it was within a week

I purchase my Hot Tub in the 1st half of 2021 and was advised that it would take two to three months to arrive. In the end this was accurate as shipping containers are misplaced globally due to the Pandemic and this plus docking permissions added a few weeks to the shipping time. During this period I was given updates periodically if and when there was a change to expected arrival dates. On the day of arrival the team were great and placed the Hot Tub in exactly the position I required and then provided full instructions on how to use it. The product itself was the low end 2kw heater whish requires the insulating cover to be on in order for the unit to heat the water in winter otherwise the heat loss vs heat input cancel out and no heating takes place on cold days but the electrical bill goes up. That being said, the hot tub has been great and I have had no problems with it at all.

It's great and it looks good, used Combined's helpline initially and then downloaded all the info online, great service thank you.

Ordered hot tub was kept informed of delivery dates arrived on time getting into place was tight squeeze but delivery guys were great checked online instructions to fit hinges for cover as easier to follow than written set given very happy with tub been used regularly even Christmas day happy that blue tooth was on system too. Overall great purchase and value for money

A company who are at best poor. The team of people who respond to emails and calls reply do need some customer service training as they are abrupt, rude and retract previously made comments. I wouldn’t deal with them again. It’s expected that even within the warranty period you the customer have to swap and change faulty items.

The hot tubs from this company are great - really good quality and high specifications for the money.

However, if something is faulty, please do not expect too much! My hot tub was shipped with a faulty Bluetooth unit. Even though the hot tub was brand new, Combined Shipping would not repair it - the best they would do was send a replacement unit in the post for me to install myself. The wires on the replacement unit, did not match the wires on the faulty unit, and the job required me to dismantle several large panels from the hot tub. Their technical support recommended that I open the electrical control panel and start stripping wires and botching together a repair. I am not an electrician and so consequently (even though I paid for a hot tub with Bluetooth) I am left with no Bluetooth. So overall I would say they are good value if they work, but if you get a faulty one, or have issues you will quickly wish you’d bought from somewhere else.

I’m now having to pay lawyers fees to sort it all out which quickly eliminates any cost savings I had made by shopping here!

Searched lots of suppliers & found the perfect tub for our needs from Combined Shipping. Had to wait a few months for delivery (sold out during lockdown) but it was well worth the wait. Our tub is the 5 seater Amethyst with 2 loungers, 3 seats, Bluetooth speakers, fountains & colour changing lights that are fantastic in the dark. It came with cover & steps at an unbelievable price. The tub was very easy to set up although I did have to You Tube how to set the time. We were initially going to out the tub in an indoor bar/spa but due to problems with the building it now has its permanent home outside in the open. It’s perfect, you can enjoy the blue sky or stars at night. Even been in once in the rain but have a huge brolly to keep it dry. The delivery guy couldn’t have been more helpful giving tips on how to care for our tub. It does need very minimal maintenance but if you look after it & you’ll enjoy it for years to come. We don’t know why we didn’t get one sooner. We can’t recommend Combined Shipping enough. I wish I could add pics so you can see how fantastic it is.

Bought an Amethyst Hot tub in April 2019 and words cant convey what a brilliant buy. My guests love it and still going strong. Great for aches and pains and just to relax in. Also I find the Combined Shipping team very helpful and cant do enough for people in answering questions and whats good they have the products to purchase for upkeeping the tub. Many thanks to Combined Shipping for my purchase.

Would give more stars if I could, ordered my hot tub earlier in the year and due to unforseen events like covid it was a little late, but any time I contacted them they replied within 48 hours, I can't fault customer service. Delivery was fantastic the chaps were both lovely and went over everything I needed to know and all with a smile. A massive thank you to them all for a superb service.

Ordered hot tub end of March 2021 and advised delivery end of July 2021. Delivery time slightly delayed due to Suez Canal closure.

Great Value and Service. Nevada Hot Tub delivered and positioned by the delivery team yesterday. The product is high quality and the inbuilt sound system is great. Delivery time was a couple of months but this was as stated on the website and order.

Excellent first annual service done by the very knowledgeable Mark, CS Engineer. He gave us lots of very useful hints, tips and advice that we previously didn't know. People are very quick to criticize & complain, so it is extremely important to give credit and praise for a job well done - Thank you Mark for a job very well done. Excellent customer service and delivery men were fantastic. To be honest reading some peoples reviews I would make sure you know what access you need to get the tub in and make sure you have thought about installation etc

Hot tub was ordered late 2020 in readiness for delivery in Spring 2021. There was a slight delay because of the Suez Canal closure but we were kept updated. Unlike some reviewers we read the delivery information in advance and made proper preparations. The tub was to be installed in a cabin and I sent photos to confirm the location. Delivery team were excellent and caused no damage to our block paving, grass, or vinyl flooring in the cabin. We have been using the tub almost daily since June, and are very pleased with it. Combined Shipping have been helpful throughout.

Fantastic delivery team and full set up was great, ordered in march and kept up to date with everything, great tub and great valve for money.

The delivery team were excellent in positioning the tub. The quality of the tub is superb and at a fantastic price. I would have given 5 stars however the communication could have been better. I had to chase for updates.
