First class experience . Was keep informed all steps of the process of buying delivery date and installation.
Was recommended Combined shipping for my hot tub and the company certainly delivered.
Delivery and installation was complete by a professional team nothing was too much trouble

My hot tub is Great just what I wanted and a great price delivery was a little longer than expected but with COVID and the Suez blockage it was not an issue as combined shipping communicated the possibility of a delay really good service.

From order placement to delivery service was 1st class. Kept updated on transit timing and delivery date and time. Delivery guys were very pleasant and friendly and offered good advice on initial filling process and advised me on the minimum clearance I required for lid lifter movement. We ordered the Ruby plug n play and we love it.

Well it’s 7.30pm on a cold Winter night and I’m sat out out under the moon and a clear sky in 39 degrees of bubbly water …
We’ve had the tub 4 months now .. waited a long time for it ..6 months from order to delivery. But this gave us the time to prepare the base ect and for the best price it was worth the wait . We have a couple of niggles .. the headrests could do with a better more secure design fit …. The Bluetooth was lumpy at fist but a replaced unit and it’s been fine since .. the diverters for the jets need to be more user turn friendly ..
Would I send the tub back .. no . We are in it 3 times a week minimum .. and spent a lot more time in here tail end of the summer . We love sitting out all weathers all temperatures under the stars .. drinking a lot more alcohol.
The wait was long .. delivery and communication when we got a delivery date was faultless … set up easy and it’s been great reliable and always welcoming. I do worry about the electric bill .. but we fully intend to keep using it regardless.
If you are thinking of getting one try first .. consider the space and cost . … the wait and running cost .. if you can afford it .. go for it .. you won’t regret it .. and overall Combined have been great. Ty

Very happy with all aspects of our tub. The delivery was well managed, the tub itself is beautiful and very enjoyable, after sales service was also excellent. CSC very swiftly resolved a couple of minor issues and the tub is now running perfectly. We are all enjoying tremendously.

Took a little longer than expected for delivery but worth the wait

Good communication from the day I placed the order. Updated with expected delivery and arrived on time. The delivery drivers were excellent, gave great advice about maintenance and ensuring everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

I bought the Harmany plus plug and play great hot tub well worth the money.
Can’t fault combined shipping 1st class service.

Actual spa is brilliant.
The aftercare team respond promptly to emails, unfortunately they don't bother to answer the actual questions and queries.

2 engineer visits to fix a faulty control panel and a leak we were assured was just down to condensation.
The lady we've dealt with was condescending and rude.
The screw provided with the cover arm are incredibly poor quality so if you have to remove a couple of times be prepared to get new screws and to be told it's because you used an electric screwdriver (which is exactly what the engineers use)

The engineers will then lose screws and tell you it's fine and then does a bodge job to fix the leak.

Wouldn't use this company again and would honestly recommend people to use a different company if aftercare is important to you.

It’s all a bit dauntIng, buying a hot tub. Not least because it’s a large outlay and you don’t get to see it for a while due to shipping. But no problems here, everything went perfectly smoothly and excellent value. You want a hot tub? Get one from this place - end of.

Hot tub delivered absolutely filthy, no steps, chemicals or filters. I was told the tub would be cleaned before delivery. Was told how to clean it myself as they were not interested. It took a few hours to clean it. The rest of the parts turned up the following day. Their idea of compensation was to ask me to spend more money on a cut price service. Then the Bluetooth did not work. Had to diagnose and replace the unit myself. Product is fine, Customer service definitely not.

From the moment it was ordered we was kept up to date with progress and delivery times.

We went for the plug and play version which is excellent. The heating and water pressure is perfect for us.

Great value for money, great quality at affordable price. We absolutely love the hottub, great features with built-in Bluetooth speaker, colour changing light and powerful jets. Delivered with out any problems. Who service has been excellent

When we first ordered our Harmony plus hot tub we were told it would be arriving on a certain date into the port and it was spot on. Yes it does take time to build and ship but Omg so worth the wait. When it was delivered the 2 men could not have been more helpful. After setting it up ourselves we couldn't get the speakers to link phoned up combined shipping and had them working within minutes, fantastic company would highly recommend

We bought a georgia 2 in April, due to the current issues in the world took a while to come but we'll worth the wait! Communication was great from CS too!

From the moment we ordered a hot tub to the time it was delivered . Everything was well informed and the people in the office really friendly. The price was very good also .

Lovely tub took a few months to arrive but the companies staff were very helpful and the wait not unexpected due to various shipping factors. We have decided to put ours inside our garage as that is where our previous inflatable had been. After a few months of owning a hard tub it was a good move to upgrade to hard tub as easier to look after and cheaper to run. I hope this will help anyone who has any doubts that Combined shipping know what we want from our tubs and at a decent price. As I said the only downside is it takes a while to build and ship but honestly we'll worth it.
