Disappointed
Booked a service, came for the appointment then rebooked. The new booking was late morning, we told them we would be out, can do service, we will be back before finishing. They came 9.20, before we went out, went before we were back. We wanted to look inside whilst the sides were off, see what had been done. Apparently they came back in afternoon, we didn’t manage to meet up. The sides are not properly fixed on, 1 jet still doesn’t work. We needed a new lid, this was wrong size. Fortunately we didn’t pay for it as there’s been no communication regarding this, despite being told they would communicate on the day we paid, over 2 weeks ago. We used them as they are a few minutes drive from us, to keep the business local. Mistake ????. Very Disappointing!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel disappointed, but we do need to clarify the facts.
At the first visit, our engineer identified that the noisy pump required replacement before the spa could be properly serviced. A replacement was collected the same day, and Derek then discussed with our engineer whether to proceed with the repair and service, replace the cover when available, or consider a new hot tub instead. At that stage, Derek decided to think about those options, so the service was not completed on that visit.
After a further call, we rebooked and returned to replace the pump and complete the service. The agreed work was carried out, including a full service and Chlorine Dioxide pipework treatment, and our engineer attempted to call afterwards. When Derek later advised he had wanted to inspect the spa with the panels removed and old pump returned, we sent the engineer back again that same afternoon, but despite several calls, knocking at the property, and waiting outside, we were unable to make contact.
The cabinet fitment issue was also discussed in person, and as this is an older ex-holiday let spa with existing frame damage, perfect alignment is not always straightforward, but we did confirm we were happy to revisit and help further. We also explained the position regarding the cover size and stock availability.
We always try to support local customers fairly and professionally, and we remain happy to arrange a return visit to address the outstanding points.

First time we have had a full service and the two engineers were on time, communicative, friendly and professional
They worked the entire time they were here and attended earlier than the appt time with phone to ask if this was possible
Overall very happy with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending them again

I stopped by Jacuzzi Nottingham to check out my future hot tub and was pleased with the service. Chris, the manager, was both well-informed and supportive, helping me make a quick purchasing decision. The delivery happened right on schedule, and the installation crew impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The Soul300 hot tub met every one of our hopes! Thank you to the team.

Fabric hot tub cover
Our old vinyl hot tub cover had become very heavy and difficult to lift. Chris suggested a fabric cover as a lighter alternative, so I visited the showroom and was very impressed with what I saw.
The service engineers delivered and installed the cover in awful weather conditions, yet they were still friendly and professional throughout. We are extremely pleased with how smart the new cover looks, and I’m no longer struggling to lift it. Excellent service and advice from start to finish.

Fulfilled all of my expectations
I visited Jacuzzi Nottingham to view my tub prior to purchase. Service here was good. Chris, the Store Manager, was knowledgeable and helpful and my decision to purchase was soon made.
Delivery was as agreed, and the installation team were efficient and professional. Above all, the Soul300 hot-tub fulfilled all our expectations! Thanks guys.
