Fantastic fantastic FANTASTIC :) Sooo happy. The service from start to finish was superb. I was good and shopped around but no one beats Combined Shipping for friendly service and value for money and bonus for me their just down the road. There advice to go with the tub we went with, was appreciated, as it is perfect for what we need and fits lovely in the space we had. We can not thank you enough. Our tub was installed this morning and we’ve already been in. Loved it, problem now is getting me out as its so nice :)

Many years of purchasing - all fine.

Ordered a service on hot tub: Firstly didn't actually book it on the day agreed, so one day off work for nothing, needed us to chase. On the rebooked day, sub-contractor (not his fault and was lovely) didn't arrive to START work until 6pm. Customer service simply said 'it's an all day booking', which to most means sociable working hours, but to this company means any hour of the day, to work with loud machinery, pumps etc, well into the evening. When queried, we were told over and over 'its an all day booking, and they would not refund', despite T&C stating a % cancellation charge.

Please think very carefully before using this service, or anything where you might need customer service help. We will never ever use this company again.

Consulted with the team in the office for advice on ordering our hot tub, they had all the info I require to proceed.
On ordering tub, they gave me a real quick delivery day, as the tub was in stock, more realistically, they had to slow up delivery so I could carry out some remedial work to tub position.
Day of delivery, the guys who delivered our hot tub were fabulous, they had a bit of a fight to get it into our rear garden even tho I had removed the side fence.
I would and have recommend using Combined Shipping for anyone who is thinking about getting a new hot tub.

This has to be one of the best investments yet! The whole process was an absolute pleasure. I had a number of questions and the sales team were most helpful and with their advice we now enjoy our Hot Tub every day!! The installation was brilliant and again the advice and money saving tips from installers was invaluable. I couldn't recommend it more. Just brilliant. Five star service and five star tub!

We purchased a Lay Z Spa a couple of years ago with the intention of buying a proper one if we used it enough. We decided this year to bite the bullet and go for a proper one so we started to research different ones from different companies. From start to finish I found CS extremely helpful. I had a lot of back and forth with their customer services team asking various suitability questions, access questions etc and they always responded within 20 or 30 minutes. We ordered the Georgia Hot Tub that had the fountains and bluetooth speaker in because we thought this was excellent value from what we had seen. We also ordered some additional items such as the Platinum pack, installation and delivery etc so all in all it came to just over £4250 which I thought was brilliant value for money. We ordered on the Thursday and it was delivered and installed on the Tuesday. The guys that delivered and installed it were brilliant. Once it was installed and filled they went through everything with us such as how to use the chemicals correctly. This was extremely helpful because they informed me that Chlorine was not suitable for hot tubs that used acrylic (I think this is right) because it will cause problems and void warranty. Had I not been told this I probably would have bought Chorine due to having the Lay Z Spa. We have been using our hot tub now for around a month and love it. Its hard to compare running costs with the Lay Z Spa but what I can say is I tested the heat loss. The Lay Z Spa used to drop from 40 to 30 overnight during spring summer whereas when I tested the new one it dropped from 40 to 38.5 over night. My electricity bill from middle of June to middle of July was just over £120.00 so this would be 2 weeks of the Lay z Spa and 2 weeks of the new HT.

Excellent service, located our Harmony at the bottom of our garden which is 70meters long without any problems. Would recommend.

We received our hot tub on 18th May. The team that fitted it we very good and helpful, but after a week we found that the water was not as clear as should be no matter what we did with the chemicals. Our friend who recommended your hot tubs came over to have a look and said that he uses chlorine and not bromine (which I was told to use), because water is very hard in this area, this seamed to solve the matter, but yet again it is not as clear as it was. We have also seen a ring of possibly skin residue around the tub which we clear daily I have cleaned the filter with a hose, so not sure if this is normal. Otherwise we find the tub very good, with water blowers and fountain and Bluetooth music which makes it very relaxing

Sam was very good and helpful with all my need’s, it was a birthday present for my wife. Team dropped off and crane company turned up on time and lifted as close as possible for me to install and set up. Initial set up got the chemical balance wrong but all good now, my wife is extremely happy with the choice I made and we have had some great nights in it already. Would recommend the team to anyone who is looking for a hot tub .

We are very happy with the Moonlight hot tub. An initial teething issue was sorted out quickly and effectively with no fuss. The company and staff are great to deal with, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. All good

Poor quality jets and filters.
1) Filter had very poorly spaced folds that reduced efficiency, and
2) one jet retaining clip broke during normal use within warranty period and unwilling to replace free of charge because they claimed it was caused by "contact with body and chemical imbalances", i.e. clearly not 'fit for purpose'!
Their after sales service could benefit from some improvement.

From the first visit where we met Hanna she was very knowledgeable and courteous.the hot tub was delivered and installed by Ricky and Mikie who were excellent and so very helpful .I had a small problem and combined Shipping sent out a guy who fixed it in no time, the hot tub is just superb.Well done would recommend your company to friends.

Ordering was made very easy and delivered on the day by two great guys.
Nothing was to much for this company and the hot tub looks amazing.
Hopefully filling it up this weekend and relaxing.
