Great experience. Very helpful

Highly recommend

Awful, on June 1st i ordered the best part of £600 of roof sheet materials, they said it would be delivered on the 6/6/26 I thought great that perfect, 2 days later I receive a tiny hardly noticeable email from them telling me it was a typo and I'll receive it now on the 7/7/26 so 4 weeks, then comes the 7th and I give them a week's grace and rang them back on the 15/7/26 asking where my order was as it was now a week late, eventually after 2 calls attempts and one of them hung up on me I got through to transport, transport then told me oh we have you down as delivery for the 18/8/26 I said no thanks I want a refund, so they said okay we will cancel you should get the refund in a couple of days. 3 days later no refund but another email off "service" this time, saying your refund has now been approved and you'll receive it as soon as the refund team process it, so I guess in about 28 days yeah? Honestly just avoid them at all costs, it's obvious where reviews come from, the customer service has been abhorrent, if you don't want a terrible time do not buy from this company, I'm also incredibly patient, I've maybe written 2 reviews my whole life but this one really took the biscuit.

Very happy with the service

Speedy delivery, and the chap doing the delivery was polite and fast

Good product, delivery driver (Bear) was very helpful and on time :-)

Great company who provided me with quality product at a competitive price .Delivery was on thedate stated and Bear our delivery guy kept us updated as to his schedule.Items were carefully delivered by a great guy.Highly recommended this company

Given 3-4 week delivery time at order/ payment. After week's of phone calls after delivery date, every time getting a looks like next week. 9 weeks after payment it gets delivered (this seems to be a good delivery time). Some wrong items, some damage. No response to e mails. Don't be fooled by the amazing pre order customer service, that's where it stops.

Pleasure to deal with this company. Good product and good prices. The Driver “BEAR” was nice and respectful.
Highly recommended A*****

Great service from start to finish and Bear was a very nice guy to boot

Great company, very happy, Bear very helpful

Great company and good service. Did what they said and delivered on time. Bear was telling me about some positive changes and improvements that the company are implementing so looking forward to seeing these when I next order.

Great service, would definitely use again. Kept me informed on delivery.

The delivery driver Bear was absolutely fantastic, very polite and very helpful, I believe he’s a great asset to the company

Brilliant fast service very helpful

Colour clad were extremely helpful from start to finish.
Any questions I had were answered.
They delivered when they said they would. The driver rang me an hour before delivery and even helped carry the sheets into the back garden.
Would definitely use colour clad again

Great products, competitive prices and delivered in full on time. The driver Bear was really helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Poor service quoted 14-21 days for insulated panels then moved date to 42 days. I called a week before due date and another delay. Asked for a refund of £2118 then no communication only replied when I tried PayPal chargeback. Still waiting and think it’s disgusting a company can make you pay straight away but steal your money when asked for a refund. Avoid!!!
PayPal were great only took 5 days for a full refund.

Roof pannels didnt arrive on delivery date, rang up and they told me it would be another 5 weeks! Worse of all i rang the day before to confirm delivery day and was told it was still getting delivered so waited on site all day for nothing to turn up.

Sent multiple emails with absolutely no response.

Now im chasing for a refund as ive had to sorce from elsewhere
